Mukhtars place is an amazing apartment newly built with all new amenities. The view from the flat was amazing with our bedroom windows facing the waves crashing on the shore below. It’s a bit of a climb down a steep hill to the beach, however, there are stairs - ( lots of them) -about a 5 min walk away. We already recommended to family and friends and hope to return again. The only downside was the steep walk down to the beach , lots of broken glass so you have to be careful but the beach is reasonably clean and the sea is crystal clear . Great value for money. Definitely recommend. Thankyou.

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt mit atemberaubendem Meerblick! Ich hatte das Glück, ein paar unvergessliche Tage in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft im 26. Stock von Gambetta, Oran zu verbringen. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist einfach spektakulär – besonders bei Sonnenuntergang, wenn der Himmel in allen Farben leuchtet. Die Wohnung ist modern, sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden – von einer gut ausgestatteten Küche bis zu einem gemütlichen Bett mit frischer Bettwäsche. Der Balkon war mein persönliches Highlight – morgens mit einer Tasse Kaffee auf das endlose Meer zu schauen, war pure Entspannung. Auch die Lage ist top: Zentral in Gambetta, alles Wichtige ist schnell erreichbar – Restaurants, Geschäfte und die Corniche. Der Gastgeber hamouda war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar sehr zu empfehlen. wir kommen gerne wieder ich empfehle das Restaurant chez ilyes glaub ich

I recently had the pleasure of staying this beautiful secluded villa, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The villa itself was an absolute dream – nestled away in a peaceful location, surrounded by nature, offering total privacy and tranquility. The interior was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, with every detail thoughtfully considered. What truly made the stay exceptional was the host. Imene was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. Whether it was local recommendations, making sure we were comfortable, or simply being available for questions, their hospitality made us feel right at home. If you're looking for a peaceful escape with all the comforts of a home, paired with outstanding service, with only a 4 minute drive to amazing private (and public) beaches this villa is the perfect getaway. Highly recommended! I would also like to say a special thank you to fouad who was very respectful, helpful and a true gentleman!

Je recommande fortement cet appartement de qualité bien placé avec une magnifique vue, les lieux sont modernes et très bien équipés. La personne qui remet les clés de l’appartement est très très professionnelle et humaine à la fois. Rien d’autre à ajouter à part foncé.

un emplacement magnifique sur la mer avec une belle terrasse et une piscine pour alterner les baignades. Lyne est un hôte accueillant et réactif. Nous reviendrons volontiers.

Bonjour, Tout d’abord, je tiens à remercier grandement Khatir , il a été d’une compréhension et d’une réactivité étonnantes. En effet, à mon arrivée j’ai été déçue de l’endroit où se trouvait le logement, je pensais qu’il donnait sur la plage. Mais c’est de ma faute car je n’ai pas vu qu’il était indiqué qu’elle se trouvait à 750m. J’ai informé Khatir du problème et il a accepté que je rende les clefs le jour même, tout en me promettant de demander le remboursement des frais à hauteur de 80%. Un petit mot sur l’accueil, c’est le neveu de Khatir qui m’ a accompagné, très agréable. Le logement est très beau et peu cher, les photos sont ressemblantes. Encore mille excuses Khatir Je vous le recommande fortement. K.M
