What a beautiful villa in an amazing area in Cairo! The Villa was lovely and clean! Yahia was very friendly and responsive! I will recommend this place for sure as I will be coming back here! I can't say enough good things about our stay at Houseboat65. I was there with five other folks - a couple & their two kids (8 & 11) and another single person. We had the three apartments on the second floor — perfect. I got lucky and slept in a gorgeous three-room space surrounded by windows, which filled the room with light. We spent a lot of time on the Nile-facing porches, chatting and having cocktails. It felt like our own little slice of calm and peace in busy Cairo. Jerome and the amazing Marie (we love you, Marie!) were beyond responsive: anything we needed (and that wasn't much: these spaces are well-stocked) or any time we needed assistance with luggage, etc., they were there in a flash. Marie served as our driver and top-notch tour guide for two days and wow - we felt so comfortable and well-taken care of. She knows the city so well and didn't hesitate to take us to some very far-flung locations. We can't WAIT to tell our friends about our stay and hope we get to come back!

A beautiful villa with a wonderful garden and its own pool. Everything was clean and the hosts had thought of the smallest details to make you feel at home. Beautiful design, lots of space both inside and outside where you can drink your coffee with a beautiful view or have dinner under the sky. The pool was cleaned for me. Thank you Nehad,Ahmed and door man Ramadan who took care of the cleanliness outside and was always ready to help when needed.Definitely will back again!

“A perfect stay in New Cairo!” I had an amazing experience staying at this apartment in New Cairo. The flat itself was absolutely awesome — beautifully designed, modern, and incredibly spacious. It had everything we could possibly need, making it feel like a true home away from home. The host was wonderful — super welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. They provided us with all the information we needed about the apartment and the area, and were always available for any questions or assistance. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Cairo, and I’d gladly stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb at Lakeview. The location is prime and close to everything. The apartment is brand new and has been thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. And looks even better than in the photos! The space is spacious and full of character, reflecting the owner’s personal touch. The apartment is fully equipped. The place is incredibly peaceful, offering lovely green views that create a calm and relaxing atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the gentle sounds of birds every morning, which made the stay even more refreshing and connected to nature. The gated community is peaceful and secure, with no long wait times like other compounds in Cairo. I loved taking morning walks around the lakes the greenery and tranquility were a huge highlight for us. Our host, Ahmed, was exceptionally friendly, energetic, and professional, making the entire experience seamless from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

From initial booking the host was responsive, and answered any questions. I arrived late and the self checkin was convient, security even insured I found the correct apartment and was I able to let myself in. The apartment was pristine clean, everything was in working order. Very efficient AC, and a very quiet location. There apartmebt is actually larger 5hsn the pictures suggest anx well laid out. There are banks, and a small but well stocked shop. The location is 15 minutes from the airport 30 minutes from Central Cairo, and 40 minutes from Giza. Ubers are plentiful and cheap, though the traffic out of Cairo returning to the apartment can be congested depending on circumstances. I stay in many Airbnb's and Sameh's apartment is in my top 3, I would happily return on my next visit to Cairo.

I had a great stay here, I was amazed when I first walked in.. the property is even better than the pictures. Mostafa was super kind and helpful, he was always on hand if I had a question and recommended nearby locations to visit. The compound itself was very safe and peaceful. The pool area was lovely and there were a few parks dotted around for the kids too. Shops, restaurants etc were just a short walk away so location was perfect. I will definitely be booking this apartment again when I come back to Egypt. Thank you Mostafa

The location is also fantastic and safe, quiet, and incredibly convenient, with most places just 20–30 minutes away by Uber. For the faithful sister Heba was at the top of respect, pasha and elasticity, a reality of an experience that was more than wonderful, the speed of response and the speed of response, and it is repeated, God willing.

The place was great and huge and the price for the space was amazing, a lot of nice restaurants around, a quiet neighborhood. Bassem was great to deal with and very understanding, checking in and out was easy. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay.
