Me gustó mucho mi estadía en este apartamento. Es espacioso y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia prolongada. Está muy bien ubicado, cerca de tiendas, paradas de transporte público, en una buena zona de Quito. Lo único que me pareció incomodo es la ducha eléctrica, que no funciona de manera estable. Es necesario ajustar constantemente el flujo de agua para evitar que se convierta en agua hirviendo o, por el contrario, en agua demasiado fría. Además, personalmente me resultaría más cómodo si en el dormitorio hubiera cortinas más gruesas y oscuras.

Felipe deserves his 5 star review. This home is in great shape and and the kitchen is very well stocked. Felipe was so good at communicating, he immediately responded and fixed quickly any issues we had. He also allowed us to have family over to visit and trusted us that we would take good care of his place. The guards were so kind as well. The building has a game room and movie room you can reserve for free. The location is absolutely amazing. 30 seconds walking places to many restaurants and like 1 minute walking distance to the movie theater. The super maxi is also just across the street. Everything was excellent. We would definitely come back in a heart beat. Thank you Felipe for your excellent service!

Je suis resté dans l'appartement d'Ernesto pendant un mois. Il est très bien placé, à 10-15 minutes de la plupart de centres comerciaux et institutions publiques. L'accès au bâtiment et au parking sont toujours sécurisés. L'appartement est spacieux pour un couple et on retrouve tout ce dont on a besoin pour se sentir chez soi. Toutefois, il convient de noter qu'on entend facilement les bruits de l'extérieur et que l'appartement est un peu froid (je pense que c'est un problème du pays en général parce que tous les logements sont très mal isolés). Finalement, j'ai bien apprécié le nettoyage hebdomadaire. :)

El departamento muy cómodo, el edificio se sentía seguro y tranquilo. Pablo es un gran anfitrión, incluso nos ayudó a contactar a quien nos movilizó durante el viaje. Muy recomendado!

One of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at! Spotless, new furniture, great washer and dryer (and detergent!), and beautiful pool/sauna/hot tub. Good and friendly security and strong WiFi. Easy to get an Uber outside. Modern mall next door with pharmacy, huge grocery store, and good shops. Anthony was great to deal with. We highly recommend this place!

Gracias Norma por tu pronta solución ante ciertos temas. El área es muy tranquila, cerca de todo. Estuve un mes con mis dos perros y el patio es súper grande para cuando necesitan. Igual el departamento tiene todo lo necesario.

Amazing Stay! Highly Recommended! had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay combined with business trip to Quito. What really stood out, though, was the host's exceptional flexibility and responsiveness. They were incredibly accommodating with my check-in and check-out times, and always quick to respond to any questions or requests I had. It made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Fantastic apartment — modern, spotless, and well maintained. Fernando was highly responsive to all my questions. The building felt very secure and is within walking distance to excellent restaurants and coffee shops.

Lugar cómodo con guardiania 24h es un estudio pequeño

It was super clean. The amenities (spa/pool/sauna) were awesome. The host was extremely quick to respond. The space has a phenomenal view of the city -- three giant floor to ceiling windows are the wall. It is a bit on the small side -- would not recommend for families. But great for an individual or a couple.
