The loft has two full bathrooms and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen connected to the living and dining area, creating a spacious, comfortable, and functional space. The living room opens directly onto a lovely private terrace, perfect for enjoying Barcelona’s climate. Roós Loft is a stylish 95 m² design loft with an additional 25 m² terrace, located in Poblenou, one of Barcelona’s most attractive neighborhoods, approximately 500 meters from Mar Bella beach. Set in a charming older building, the apartment combines a minimalist style with all the comforts needed for an enjoyable stay. It is very well connected to Barcelona city center: Poblenou metro station (L4) is just a few minutes’ walk away, and several bus routes provide easy access to Plaça Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia and Las Ramblas. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, toaster, and everything you may need during your stay. The apartment also offers air conditioning, heating, bed linen, towels, a hairdryer, basic bathroom amenities, and free Wi-Fi. A spacious and comfortable loft with a private terrace, ideally located for enjoying both Barcelona’s beaches and the city. Turist tax is not included in the price.

This historical property is one of the few remaining characteristic houses in the vibrant neighborhood of Barceloneta. It's fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and charming. The location is ideal: it's in the city center and close to all public transports. I grew up in Barcelona and I'll be more than happy give you tips or advices.
