It is a perfect house for a few days of disconnection, in the middle of nowhere, sorrounded by pine trees and yet close to everything, enjoying barbecues, shadows with gentle relaxing wind, cooling off in the pool, walking along the beach of Calafell or the town of Vendrell . The house is 1' from pitch&putt Vendrell. The electrical system is by solar energy completely renovated in May-2023, it has a septic tank.
