The apartment is in very good condition, clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. On our trip we went with my 3-year-old daughter and the place is very friendly with small children. Of all the apartments I have visited in Villa los Cabos this has been the one I liked the most. We will definitely return.

Excellent apartment to be on the beach. The rooms are spacious and have A/C. The kitchen is equipped and has dishes and utensils. I loved the water filter, it's a nice touch. Communication with Estuardo was very good and he was always attentive. I definitely recommend visiting this place!

The house is just as seen in the photos. Enough space for about 14 people without being cramped. Everything is very clean and with the necessary basic supplies (paper, towels, soap). The cleaning and cooking lady's service was excellent, very attentive and she never refused to help. The environment is beautiful and safe and it's super cool that you have to get to the beach by boat, it adds to the experience. The only thing is that in one of the bedrooms the AC did not work, it worked to ventilate but never cooled the bedroom like the others. It would be ideal to include AC in the living room and kitchen area since the fans do not help enough for the heat. The host responds quickly.

Luddin is an excellent host, the accommodation was beautiful, comfortable, ideal for couples or small families. We really liked the place, very quiet and close to everything. We will definitely return

Host Kevin y Erick can respond to your questions and provide solutions in real time, and the staff in the condominium are also very friendly and willing to assist you with your needs. The house is clean and there is a private swimming pool outside, the water is clean, and the landlord is very considerate, afraid of the sun, and there are two large umbrellas next to the pool, this is a highly recommended listing. Although there are several public swimming pools in the Condominium, they may seem smaller when there are a lot of people, such as on Saturdays and Sundays.We didn't have any impact because we were traveling during the week, but overall, it's a great place.

We enjoyed our stay. Our host was very responsive and made sure we had all the information we needed. Added bonus was she had a high chair and pack n play for our 7month old. Only thing I think could improve her place would be to have some place to relax on the balcony. But we loved her place. The kitchen was well stocked with the needed items to cook with.
