We had a wonderful stay! This is a thoughtfully designed, bright, spotlessly clean apartment, surrounded by leafy trees. The location is perfect - in a great neighborhood, walkable to all of the central destinations (museums, restaurants, etc.) and very close to the Lavapies metro if you want to go further afield. If you are a runner, this is an ideal spot - it is a 7-minute run to El Retiro, a lovely large park with many nice trails for running. Omayra was a very welcoming and responsive host. The street below has several lively cafes and bars so there is some noise at night with the windows open. This was not a problem for us as the noise was just people chatting (not too loud or disruptive) and we live in the middle of the city so we are used to many sounds at night. Highly recommended - a charming apartment in an ideal location with a great host!

You simply could not find a better apartment in Madrid. Javier’s apartment is stunning, comfortable, and in the perfect location-in the heart of La Latina just a short walk to Calle Cava Baja yet it is still peaceful and quiet inside. It’s an absolute gem.

Noemí's house is in a fantastic place to visit Ávila, in the middle of the countryside in a very small town, without noise or pollution. Just ten minutes to get to the center of Ávila by car. The house is spacious, the master bedroom also has a wonderful reading space. The bathrooms are very complete , very comfortable beds, very full kitchen, in short, it was a delight to enjoy it. It has a very large patio with many beautiful pots where we enjoy being able to dine outdoors. All in all, a fantastic stay.

What a wonderful stay at Inés! Very stylishly decorated, spacious, clean, beautiful terrace and you are sitting in the middle of the fig trees It is wonderful to stay there, we were very warm, 36-40 degrees, but then the outdoor shower is really wonderful? There is no air conditioning, but a fan, but if it is so hot, it stays quite warm inside We would recommend everyone to stay here for a few days!!

The apartment is very clean and comfortable, everything we needed, a fridge, stove, cutlery, washer-dryer, a comfortable sofa, a desk, and everything worked. Ana was a great host, she was in time already at the we set, friendly, very responsive, gave us 2 sets of keys which is sometimes a problem with apartments. the location is good enough just need to know that it's 10-15 minutes walk to the metro, and about 20-30 minutes to every museum and attraction, which for us was great. many coffees, restaurants and supermarkets close by. we loved our stay here!

¡Maravilla! Casa Josephine is a haven of peace and good taste in (just) an hour from Madrid. I highly recommend the plan: disconnection with the city and reconnection with nature. Not to mention the good taste with which the place is decorated… 10/10.
