Holiday rentals with a patio in El Marqués

Very comfortable, an incredible view, very accessible with respect to adapting the place with Teepees A&V. Security, parking, amenities and services are more than excellent. We definitely plan to return.

An excellent place to rest, very quiet to walk and beautiful green areas around, as for cleanliness also very good, the only detail was that the internet was failing but I do recommend the accommodation.

I stayed at this ABNB to visit some family and it did not disappoint. The place was clean, and I loved how private and quiet the area was. Nonetheless, I would definitely stay here again.

We were in a great location and considering it was right downtown it was relatively quiet. The kitchen is small and there isn’t much space to set up the folding table and chairs, but if you don’t plan to cook very much this is an ideal place.

I will definitely return. The house is in excellent condition, with oxxo and Asturian nearby, a quiet and peaceful area and many food delivery options. Very nice Host, attentive and super friendly. The unforgettable jacuzzi!

Excellent spot in a great neighborhood, there’s lots of restaurants (including some of the best tacos in Qro), coffee shops, pharmacies, bakeries etc. And the house was so comfortable, spacious, clean with everything you need (including a washer) . Comunicación with the host was on point, always responsive and always willing to help if anything needed, definitely felt at home. We will come back.

Michael and his group of collaborators are excellent hosts, always attentive and in constant communication. The space is very nice and pleasant, and check-in was very easy. I will definitely return.

The place is highly recommended, since it is a private neighborhood, the photos match the place, the pool is warm so it is ideal if you go with small children, very grateful for all the attentions that are always available and with good communication

Very nice place, the hostess was super friendly. The only thing that wasn't so great was that the pool water was cold. I suggest you put some rags in the kitchen to clean with, there is nothing to clean the dining table or the kitchen counters with. Everything else was excellent.

Everything was excellent! We went to a wedding in Qro. and booked at the last minute. Even though it was already night, they answered us immediately and accepted us in their apartment! Excellent service! Oscar was attentive and in communication at all times. The directions to get there were super accurate and when we got to the place everything was perfect, clean, comfortable and so on. And if that wasn't enough, everything at an excellent price! I would definitely recommend it and it was a relief to have a place close to the wedding venue, so we could enjoy it all around!!! 😊

The place was great and in the perfect location. Axel was very responsive from before booking and throughout the stay, he was even kind enough to come over and relight the water heater for me. I'd definitely stay again.

We went to an event at the Anahuac University, the accommodation was perfect for our visit, we literally walked to the university. We had too many alternatives for eating and a supermarket nearby. The small backyard makes the stay more pleasant. The hostess is friendly, always attentive and with a fairly quick response rate. I would definitely come back.
