We absolutely loved our stay at Alyse’s oasis at the top of the hill. The house is super clean and cozy and the backyard was a really nice treat. We enjoyed many outdoor dinners and shady work sessions. Would love to rent again!

My friend and I traveled to LA for Father's day - both of our Dads passed away last summer - we wanted to honor them by attending a baseball game. We felt right at home at Davi's house! It had everything we needed and in close proximity to everything we wanted to do & the views! Amazing! We will definitely be back!

Annie’s place was a great fit for me and my family. You can walk out in the front yard and see the beautiful mountains. Those pictures serve no justice lol you have to witness and experience this beauty of nature. I’m an outside person and when we were there we enjoyed the pool. This celebration was for my son graduation/birthday trip. This was well needed and if you’re looking I recommend Annie 100/10. Check-in wasn’t until 3 and she allowed us to check in at 11. Annie even messaged me soon as I got off the plane to see if we still needed that early check in and we did. But we did t make it to the home until after 3 still. It was just the point that she even agreed. And we thank her for that. Yall should check Annie and her home out. Thanks Annie💙

The home is very comfortable and clean, Geoff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, especially with a disabled 87yo father, he offered a shower chair and the shower had hand rails inside and out, it was very easy to bathe him. Our pets were able to use the doggy door to come in/out to potty or go outside into the kennel. The backyard has a beautiful bbq area and garden. Dogs could also roam the backyard freely, all gates are secure, but what we enjoyed more were the concerts in the park on Wednesday night, on weekends the La Puente City Park has a lot to do, vending food areas and outdoor shopping, it is exactly 1 small block away. Parking can get a little busy but not if you plan ahead or take the short walk. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you Geoff for accommodating my family on such short notice. I will recommend your home and studio to our friends and family.

Our family was impressed with Mk’s place. It was very spacious, clean and had 2 toilets to go with it. The place was extremely cozy, and all the items (pots, pans, toasters) were new and clean. 10/10 would recommend

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

The neighborhood is very cute, peaceful, and centrally located. We walked to a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and it was so much easier than dealing with the crazy parking and traffic at the venue. Enjoyed sitting next to the pool with coffee in the morning looking at the lovely garden and hummingbirds. It’s a great spot and would recommend for anyone visiting the area.

Holly was a very great host… she was helpful and very informative. She responded very quickly and helped with all questions even if they weren’t about the stay itself. She informed us on important Information and was just all around great. The building was very safe! Closed off to the public and I felt very secure leaving and entering. A little noisy but it’s downtown… we expected it. I still enjoyed my time there and I’m happy I chose her to be my host… I would definitely visit again!

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

Great location in walkable area close to coffee shops, restaurants and metro. Studio looks just like the photos with enough room for 2. We did not have a car but everything was within easy reach. Quiet location and much nicer than staying in a hotel. Hosts very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this place if you’re staying in the area.

I loved Christina's place. It was perfect for me and my family. Very quiet and peaceful my mom and son enjoyed the pool. It was very welcoming and felt just like home. I'll definitely stay here again!!!

Stay here with my bf for our Disneyland trip. This tiny home was just what we needed, a place close to Disney it was very clean with amenities, comfy private place to rest during the day and night with it’s own private bathroom, tv projector, microwave and fridge. My bf loved that it came with complimentary snacks and waters. I loved the check in and out time it was very convenient for our trip plus the bed was very comfy. The host was very lovely and communicative which made the stay easy and pleasurable they let us know of any usual disturbances ahead of time like parking hours or trash pick up noise which they provided earplugs in advance and although we didn’t use them it was nice to know we had them in hand. Home does not have a tv per description so I brought my tablet but upon arrival we saw it had a projector which we loved, it was easy to stream our phones. 10/10 would recommend and we hope to be able to stay again for any future Disney trips. We want to sincerely thank Nills for an amazing stay! The loft was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and fully equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. The only small recommendation would be to bring your own detergent if you plan to do laundry during your stay. The location is perfect—right in the heart of downtown LA, with everything within walking distance. Nills was an outstanding host, always proactive and maintaining open communication with my partner and me. From guiding us to the unit, to providing a list of great local shops and restaurants, he was always available if we had any questions or needed assistance. Overall, Nills made our experience seamless and enjoyable. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

If I could give Kristin’s place 100 stars I would! Kristin was so easy to communicate with. The Airbnb is absolutely gorgeous - extremely clean and well decorated. We felt right at home. Kristin has built a wonderful space - we wish we could live here!! Bonus is the record player - we had such a fun time drinking wine and listening to the records after dinner. Double bonus are the eggs from her chickens - they were so delicious! Thank you Kristin! We will definitely be back!

Leslie was a great host and made sure everything was very clean, organized, and thought out. She was very responsive and helpful if I had any questions. The space itself was great and exactly what I was looking for. It had a comfortable backyard space, that is hard to find in the LA area. It is clear Leslie puts in a lot of effort to make her place stand out.

NGY’s place is in a superb location in LA, and we really enjoyed our stay. The host is kind and responsive, and the view from the patio is fantastic.
