Welcome to this completely refurbished 44 m2 flat with sea views and an amazing sunset in Torrox-Costa (Malaga). The beach is just 50 metres away. You will also have access to two tennis courts (available all year round) and a large communal pool (available from 13th June until 28th September). Various restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and bakeries are within walking distance. Enjoy the beach promenade in a quiet residential area. The car park is located directly in front of the house.

On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with a sofa bed (140x190cm). Living room and kitchen in open plan with space for socializing and exit to the large terrace. The private roof terrace is accessed via a staircase from the lower terrace.
