Holiday rentals with beach access in El Palmar, Pobles del Sud

Everything was very accessible and good communication with the hosts. No complaints!

Julia was great! She met us for check in and was super responsive when we needed anything or had questions. I would highly recommend!

We had two great weeks in Cullera and apartment was fantastic. Super nice view, quiet, equipped with everything and morning sun. You absolutely need a car to get to the apartment and can park there. You drive down the mountain and are immediately at a very nice beach, and in five minutes you are at the Consum supermarket. It is fifteen minutes to the station in Cullera, where a train to Valencia leaves every half hour. Public transport is practically free, you can't compete with that. There is a very nice hiking trail of about 14 km behind the apartment over the mountain and this also passes the castle in Cullera. At the bottom of the mountain on the left and then 10 minutes walk are the restaurants Benavent and Mare e Monti, in Cullera center is Desi and further south by the river is Casa Salvador. We are really enjoying our stay at Raül’s place. It has a wonderful atmosphere and is very comfortable. The location is also perfect—close to everything we need, yet away from the noisy tourist center. We highly recommend it!

Carlos’ place was absolutely perfect! The attention to detail, the thoughtfulness throughout the space. I adored the entire aesthetic and you can tell he really put a lot of time into a perfectly curated relaxing space. He was thoughtful, friendly and very responsive host. Would absolutely stay here again and can’t wait to come back!

The apartment is just as it appears in the photo. The wifi is great,I was working two days and without an outage. The apartment is just a few meters from the beach, the terrace it has is spectacular and very large, great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The house was on computers and the beds were comfortable. We missed some utensil like a small frying pan because they were big but otherwise great. Near the apartment there are a couple of bars, although it seems that it depends on the weather they open all day or only in the morning, therefore, if it is not summer season and you are looking for tranquility and peace is the ideal place.

An amazing stay in Valencia, thanks in part to the warm welcome from Carmen and Iris. The apartment was incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. We had a great time at Santiago’s place! The house is right next to the beach with restaurants and bars nearby. You can easily take the bus or tram (or uber) to the city center. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 10. The pool was in perfect conditions and great place to refresh after a warm day. Everything needed to cook and clean the house was available. Santiago is also very responsive and friendly. We had some troubles connecting to the WiFi, but other than that everything else was perfect! Thank you for the great stay!

My wife and I travelled to Valencia for treatment at IVI and needed to extend our trip at short notice and were looking for a place to stay a short drive from the clinic. Paloma answered all of my questions immediately and the booking was sorted within minutes! For the next week this home became our refuge and Paloma’s support and kindness was immeasurable. We felt instantly at home here. The place was very well taken care of and full of character. As collectors ourselves, we were delighted by the antiques and art. It felt like a museum full of discovery. Paloma was super responsive, always very helpful and replied to all questions and requests immediately. She was accommodating and flexible and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. The location was beautiful, walkable in all directions with no shortage of activities. There was even a 5k running track starting at the flat and following along the bio park which was such a joy for me. As a woman, the area felt safe at all times.

Jose’s place was comfortable and clean. Local places to shop, eat and drink. Bus stops literally around the corner, we used the buses every day to get everywhere no problem, 25 minutes to old town. The only negative we have is if you have had a long sightseeing day and you want to sleep past 8am, next door is a cafe/bar and they open their shutters at 8am and it starts getting a bit loud, unless your a really deep sleeper it won’t affect you.

A fantastic stay at Silvia’s! She’s a brilliant host, very welcoming, responsive and with a great sense of humour! Silvia place is in fab spot for transport and 5 minutes walk over to the beautiful beaches. We hired bikes for the 3 days to cycle up through the park to the old town, along beach to Little Venice and also down to south beach and lagoon area in between cycling over to the university hockey pitches to take in the Masters euros( the reason for our visit), great cycle tracks throughout and highly recommend. Definetly be in touch with Silvia if (when) returning to Valencia. Thank you!

The cottage and especially the garden are great! both are larger than I expected from the photos. The location in the nature park and by the beach is very beautiful! And the kitchen was better equipped than I have ever seen in a vacation home. I am very sensitive to noise, so I was glad that I had my earplugs for the night with me, as everything is 1 room, so you can hear the refrigerator, for example. If you are not so sensitive, it is no problem anyway, otherwise a tip! Furthermore, a wonderful place to rest, I would like to come back in the future :-)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect stay for our family of five We had a wonderful time in this apartment! The location was ideal for our family with three young children. Everything we needed was there — a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and air conditioning in all the bedrooms, which was especially nice during the summer heat. Our host Amparo was fantastic: always quick to respond, helpful, and easy to communicate with. On our last day, we were even allowed to leave our luggage after check-out, and she kindly helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. Everything was perfectly taken care of, which allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. Highly recommended for families visiting Valencia!

Pros- For us, this place checked all our boxes and we gave 5 stars. The apartment was very clean, tidy, stocked kitchen, starter trash bags, plenty of dish soap, and toliet paper. The view is literally 360° and stunning. Both hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating. Elevator. Plenty of parking. Super close to Valencia Old Town and Aquarium (about 15 min drive). Cons- These are for full disclosure, but did not affect us directly. In order to maximize views, there is a lack of privacy and only one room (the twin) is fully enclosed. Even the shower has a window looking to the living room. Odd, yes, but the views didn't bother us and were gorgeous. One shower did not have hot water (hosts were quick to offer a plumber- we said no). There were some random ants around the apartment.

The apartment is great, the location is excellent and the host was very attentive and kind at all times.

John himself is such a lovely man, more than helpful and super responsive any time of day. The apartment is spacious and equip with what's needed for a self catering stay. The complex is brilliant and perfect for families, secure and safe with paddle courts, play area and pool etc. Only downside for us was the location, we'd have preferred to be closer to shops, bars and touristy attractions. However these were only a bus ride away and John was brilliant in advising us. Although unable to read Spanish we had no idea supermarkets and shops were closed on Sundays unless you go to central Valencia where the really touristy parts are😅 Overall lovely host, reasonable apartment and complex. Perfect for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of a busy/loud touristy area.

this place is absolutely beautiful we loved it so much it was hard to leave the apartment. Conors had everything to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with all needed to make a meal. Really a beautiful place and so comfortable.

The apartment and its hosts are great. You feel at home, and in a Valencian home. You can get from here to both the beach and the old town. Highly recommended!

The stay is even better than what you see in the photos. Incredible views and amenities at our fingertips. In addition, María José is an excellent host. She informed us everything in detail and was ready for anything that came up with us.

I can completely recommend this apartment. From its new build to the efforts the owners put in on the small details to ensure you walked into a perfectly presented place to spend valuable vacation time. They took time out to welcome us and were considerate and responsive when questions asked. Beach access and walkable restaurants is within easy access . I noted the neatness and care and attention taken in the arrangement of the facilities. Also the welcome bowl of fruit, water in fridge and coffee/biscuits that were left for us. For those who want to mix restaurant eating and self catering, there is a supermarket in walking distance to stock up if needed . Would be happy to return to same place when visiting Valencia again in the future
