My ideal guests are couples or solo travelers with excellent reviews. This is Not a guesthouse, there are No owners living upstairs or downstairs and you don't have to enter through an alley. This is a quirky, small house with a throwback feel. This cozy and private place is 126 years old; it's on a wide and quiet street lined with trees. It's in a great location 4 min. from downtown, 3 min. from Old Colorado City, and 6 min. from Manitou. * No children please as the house is not childproof *

It has everything you need!Quaint and unique space, the cottage is located in the back alley entrance of our 1/3 acre property. There is often wildlife to be seen such as birds, squirrels, deer, also birds, bees and a few bugs. There’s a tree that provides a shaded area, and chairs to sit on and relax and enjoy outside. We love our neighbors down the alley. One of our neighbors builds tiny homes!
