This modern style loft house has a great view in front of the ocean overlooking the beach and the Pablo Neruda museum. The house and the site offers privacy and at the same time easy access to the beach and the local commerce. One bedroom upstairs with a bathroom and a terrace. One bedroom downstairs. Spare bed for child available. Please note that the jacuzzi is not operational and that there is no central heating, only one radiator in each bedroom. The dishwasher is not working right now.

La casa consta de tres dormitorios, tres baños, terrazas, terraza principal con parrilla, cocina abierta, hot-tub, juegos infantiles y "playita" para tomar sol. ¡El altillo para jugar en el dormitorio de los niños es un sueño para ellos!. El destino ideal para familias numerosas, como la nuestra.

We have a modern kitchen, newly remodeled bathroom, new floors and walls throughout the property. Please enter the total number of guests coming when booking, as my payment settings in the app are per person. I only charge for those who come and not for the total capacity of the house. I find that form of payment fairer.

You'll be able to enjoy nature, observe birds and, with luck, see foxes, monitos del monte (small marsupials, under extinction, which are protected in Chile) or others animals from the area.
