KITCHEN Spacious and modern kitchen equipped with all the appliances you may need during your stay, such as a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and iron. It also has basic kitchenware and utensils for temporary residential use, such as glasses, cups, wine glasses, pots and pans of various sizes, bowls, serving dishes, etc., to make you feel at home. TERRACE 60 m2 of terrace to enjoy! It has a table with chairs for lunch or dinner, a seating area with a sofa and two armchairs, and two sun loungers for sunbathing. Andando todo el centro de Madrid. Apart. muy pequeño y acogedor. Está distribuido en 2 plantas con lo que hay escaleras muy pronunciadas, tener especial cuidado al subir y bajar. Los techos son bajos, 1,90cm. para personas altas no será muy comodo, supongo. En planta baja la cocina y el salón, planta alta el dormitorio, baño y escritorio, interior con 3 ventanas y la puerta (todas de cristal) TV gratis(Netflix...) y 2 ventiladores, es un bajo y es fresquito. Bienvenidos y cuidarla como vuestra.
