Mini suite with ocean view and patio with fire pit and barbecue area. You will enjoy the breeze and the sound of the waves. Simple and cozy inside a private community with only 3 houses. It is independently adapted in the lower part of a house that we also rent on Airbnb, each one has its own independent space. A few steps away we have a beautiful oceanfront viewpoint (there is no access to the ocean) and a famous restaurant, breweries and cafes, all within walking distance. With parking in a fenced common area.

You’ll love my place because of its location (perched up on a hill overlooking the ocean) comfy beds, nice kitchen, two terraces with spectacular panoramic views of the bay! My place is nice for couples and great for groups: 3 bedrooms, 3 FULL bathrooms (3 full bathrooms are very practical for families and groups) and 2 living rooms. Up to 8 guests.
