Metrobus station, Metro station and bike station within walking distance. And Uber is always a good option. For those who need it, we have parking for one car in the same building (please let us know if you are going to use it to give you the corresponding card) The modern building has first-class amenities, in an unbeatable location, with Metro, bicycle station and Metrobús within walking distance. Very close to large corporations, shopping malls, movie theaters, restaurants, bars, and important office buildings. The downtown area is one of the best in the city, the building is steps away from the new Torre Manacar and almost opposite Liverpool Galerias Insurgentes. It is also very close to Panamericana University and Simon Bolivar School.

Nice! Functional! Centrally located! TV! + Terrace!

Nice and comfortable entire apartment. Only 5 metro stops from the city center (Zócalo). Whether it's a short or long stay, you'll find it very functional, both for resting and for remote work. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and beautiful. Parks two blocks away. Market, ice cream parlors, inns, restaurants, etc. a few blocks away too. In addition to the subway, there is a nearby metrobus station that connects with the entire city. Distances: Airport: 7 km WTC: 4.5 kilometers Downtown: 4.5 kilometers

José Clemente Orozco House Coyoacán

Located in Coyoacán, typical Mexican neighborhood surrounded by markets, museums and historical buildings, a few blocks from Museu Frida Khalo, this house was the first studio for the painter and muralist José Clemente Orozco, who designed and build it between 1921 and 1923. All the bedrooms have their own bathroom and the main suite has a king-size bed, Smart TV and a terrace. It has a big and beautiful garden and a work space with its own terrace too. Near the most touristic places: 15 min from La Roma/Condesa, Coyoacán, Wtc, Zócalo and 25 min from Airport, Xochimilco, Polanco and Foro Sol. The spot is in a local zone close to the Subway (400m), supermarkets, mini super, restaurants, laundry’s. The place is completely private, and has a double bed, Tv, bathroom, wifi and a kitchenette and an incredible view to the sunset and the city. 420 friendly too 🍃
