Ideal place for artists, wanderers, all walks of life practitioners to come reset, reflect, and create.  The space is located on Amsterdam street in Condesa, one block from Parque Mexico. You’ll find all nice restaurants, cafes, and stores downstairs. Big supermarket, local Mercado, metro station…all within 5 minutes walking distance.

Apartamento con excelente ubicación, cuenta con 2 habitaciones y 2 cómodas camas, sala, cocina completa, comedor y 2 baños completos, una excelente ubicación para tu concierto a pocos minutos de lugares como Estadio GNP, Palacio de los Deportes, Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez, Estadio Alfredo Harp Helú, y a sólo 10 minutos del Aeropuerto Benito Juárez. Lindo y seguro departamento ubicado en el Tercer piso al que se accede por ascensor o amplias escaleras. No contamos con estacionamiento.

Comfortable entire apartment with the necessary elements for a pleasant stay. It is very well located and connects with several important points of the City (examples: Zócalo or Bellas Artes, 25 min by Metro; Palacio de los Deportes, 25 min by Metro or Metrobús). The neighborhood is super quiet and safely walkable. The neighborhood allows you to take walks and enjoy its shops such as cafes, ice cream parlors, fondas, market (three blocks away) and various services such as laundries.

Room in Rooftop / Portals

Lovely room in a rooftop between the center and the south of the CDMX. Near the most touristic places: 15 min from La Roma/Condesa, Coyoacán, Wtc, Zócalo and 25 min from Airport, Xochimilco, Polanco and Foro Sol. The spot is in a local zone close to the Subway (400m), supermarkets, mini super, restaurants, laundry’s. The place is completely private, and has a double bed, Tv, bathroom, wifi and a kitchenette and an incredible view to the sunset and the city. 420 friendly too 🍃

Nice central apartment.

The apartment is nice, with everything you need to have a pleasant stay; exclusively for guests. Very close by there are subway stations, restaurants, avenues such as Tlalpan or the Viaduct. Nearby there are food franchises, restaurants, laundry, market, shopping malls. It has 100 Mb Internet. 16 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the Zócalo. It is an ideal location to move anywhere in Mexico City. It also has a certified health document.
