The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Our "Casa Paradiso Elba" with panoramic views is just 300 meters from the sandy beaches in Cavoli and Seccheto. The 1-room studio offers a unique sea view and is furnished with a double bed and two pull-out single beds. The kitchenette with electric stove is located away from the sleeping area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and bidet. The offer includes a free covered parking space, Wi-Fi and air conditioning, fenced garden and barbecue.

In the past, La Guardiola was placed to defend the entrance to Porto Azzurro from the sea. It had two key features: an extensive and dominant view and immediate access to the sea. The independent apartment, measuring 40 square meters, has a 10-square-meter patio in front where you can enjoy outdoor meals with a sea view. The beach can be reached by a very short private path, in the heart of the Tuscan Archipelago National Park, among pine trees and Mediterranean vegetation.

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
