Very clean with new paint, new bathroom and new laminate flooring. We are located a little over an hour from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. From the moment we walked in we felt at home and so relaxed. The decor and colors throughout the house are not only beautiful but very peaceful. I joked that I need her to come decorate our home down in the DR. My daughter loved all the toys and my son's loved the games and basketball hoop. The beds were amazing. We had everything we needed in their amazing kitchen to cook homemade from scratch beef stroganoff. The fireplace outside at night was so nice. We sat around roasting marshmallows and talking with my parents. The hosts were very responsive and so helpful. We are so thankful we stayed there.

Diane and Eric are absolutely incredible. There’s a sign above the front door that says “ arrive as guests leave as friends” I think. Lol but it should say “ arrive as guests and leave as family” I missed my wife and kids every day as I stayed out here for months for work, and their hospitality alone and type of people they are made me feel at home. They are truly great people and I’m blessed to have met them, and gained a family out here being 8hrs away from home. When I come back out here next year to finish work I will be staying here again!!!

Zig Zag Acres is a great place! It’s very clean and well-maintained! Very private and peaceful location with a beautiful porch and deck near a large pond. Owner gave easy to follow directions as the house is not located on any main road.
