Holiday rentals with lake access in Elgin County

Have stayed here multiple times and will definitely be coming back to stay again when down there for work next time I’m down if available. Neil and Ruth are excellent host very responsive.

We found this house incredibly clean. The beds were comfy, and the towels plush. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities. We would come back again. The wagon available for hauling things to the beach was a winner!

Place was extremely beautiful and organized. Playing in Hot bath tub was highlight for my kids. Playing area in their garage room was great thought. We believe everything was perfect at this house. You will get what you see in the pictures. Great experience, we would love to visit again in future.

We stayed here for a girls getaway and had such a great time. The cottage is really steps away from the beach, walking distance to the town and many restaurants. The cottage itself is cozy, clean and beautifully maintained. The cupboards were stocked with coffee, tea, and all that was needed. David is a wonderful host and easy to reach and responsive.

We had an incredible stay in Port Stanley! The place is newly renovated with thoughtful design and beautiful decor—plus the views are absolutely stunning. Sue was a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and full of great local recommendations. If you’re looking for a five-star experience, you’ll find it in this gem. Highly recommend!

A very nice and roomy house with an amazing view, lovely patio, and excellent location in a quiet street. It is walking distance from everything. we loved our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Grant and Jane’s suite. We visited Port Stanley for our little one’s first Mother’s Day, and had an amazing stay. The unit is located bang on top of the Port Stanley marina with breathtaking views of the pier and Lake Erie. It is located very close to a number of nice eateries, and everything you’ll need at a quaint tourist town. To help us out, the owners were sweet enough to arrange for a booster seat for the baby. The house was extremely clean, with an abundant supply of extras and toileteries. The checkin and checkout processes very super smooth, and they happily agreed to let us take the time to checkout with the baby’s nap schedule. Port Stanley and the surrounding Lake Erie coast is a beautiful trip down from Toronto, and we’re extremely grateful to Grant and Jane for letting us celebrate a memorable mother’s day weekend! A+++ and Highly recommended!!

Patricia's place was super clean and was very responsive to me when I had questions, since I've never stayed at an Airbnb before. Was very homey and such a great location, I'll definitely have to come back again!

Lea and Jason's Boho Beach Suite is simply perfect! Spacious, immaculately clean, bright and lots of natural light, essentials are provided, and comfortable. We had solid slumber on the bed and the shower stone floor was a really nice choice! The great location is a sweet bonus! We did not mind the bar in the evening, they have supplied ear plugs but we did not use them. And Thank You for accommodating our special request. We can't wait to return and hang out with Harriet again, the friendliest and sweetest furry friend. Highly recommended spot!

Our stay was perfect. This place had everything you need. Fully stalked kitchen, clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. The beach was only a few minutes walk away. You are right in town so lots of shops and restaurants to visit. Highly recommend 👌🏾

We had a girl’s getaway and this cottage was just right. We enjoyed GT’s On The Beach especially. Right on the beach and great food. The cottage was everything we hoped it would be. We fully recommend it.

This is a lovely home. Everything we could need was provided for us. The area was quiet though it was off-season. The weather was cool and rainy but I'm sure it would be great in the summer. There were lots of extras for family fun like bikes, sports equipment, nice patio, etc. It's a cute beach town that I'm sure is hopping in the summer. The beds had nice linens and were comfy. Would definitely book this home again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Janet's place. The backyard was a beautiful forest oasis where we loved to have a calm morning coffee every day. The Sunbeam is a great property and Tyler and Steph are wonderful hosts. The space is cute and the fenced in backyard was ideal for our pup. The location of the property is ideal - one block from the beach and close to lots of restaurants. The house itself was very clean, provided all the basic necessities, and was just as the pictures visually described. Although we didn’t prepare meals there, the kitchen had all of the items necessary to prep and cook any type of meal. If you are looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay in Port Stanley, look no further - The Sunbeam is a wonderful place to stay for a weekend or an extended period of time!
