Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Elkhart County

The house had many modern updates and all the amenities we could ever need. The house was really clean and we enjoyed sitting on the back patio area in the evenings.

Clean, well kept, looked just like the pictures, easy, check-in process, and clear instructions! We enjoyed our stay! Cute little home :)

This was a great place for me and my three kids. We were in town for a sporting event- it was convenient and simple. Didn’t need bells and whistles for this trip- just a clean, safe home with comfy beds. If I were to complain about anything- the water takes a minute or two to get warm. And the home wasn’t heated when we got there on an unseasonably cold evening, so We were chilly until it warmed up. But all in all it was a really great stay!!

Felt right at home. Beds were comfortable. So much space to spread out if need be with two living rooms. Description matched the house perfectly. Allowed early check in which was wonderful after traveling for 9.5 hours. Will definitely be staying again when touring the area.

My sisters and I loved staying in your beautiful, spotless, and extremely comfortable home. We especially enjoyed having coffee each morning out in the lovely screened in porch. It was especially relaxing hearing and seeing the horse drawn carriages clip-pity-clop past our home. ALL-in-all this was a perfect vacation spot for us sisters. 😊💜😊

Mary was super responsive and always keeping us informed and up to date. The location was great close to the city but also secluded. Delivery is available for so many restaurants so you can just sit back relax and enjoy your stay. Our whole family loved the house, pool, and hot tub. Will definitely be back.

Very pretty and comfortable home. We loved visiting with Karen the chicken and looking at the cows. Michelle was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful with local information. We found the traffic noise to be a challenge.

This was our second stay at Christine’s place, we have enjoyed it both times. The Airbnb is always clean and ready for us. It is not far from Grace College. I like that the neighbor is nice for walking, and it’s close to the water.

Maybe the best Airbnb attached to someone’s home that I’ve ever stayed in. Such a sweet set up. Very comfortable, clean, private. Thankful for the keurig for coffee and water bottles in the frig. My stay was short but very restful and waking up to have my morning coffee out on the deck and watch the river and the birds was the highlight of my stay. Mark was very good with communicating and gave clear instructions. The Airbnb was easy to find, even in the dark. Of course being attached to their home there was a bit of noise from the kids in the morning but that wasn’t until after 9am and didn’t bother me at all. I’d definitely stay again if I’m in the area!

Loved my stay! The farm was gorgeous and so peaceful and rejuvenating. Wish I could’ve stayed longer and would definitely stay again. Dan and Suzanne were friendly and helpful and the apartment was comfortable, well-equipped and beautifully decorated. 5 stars!

Stayed for 5 nights while attending a conference at ND – excellent location and easily walkable to the university. Quiet neighborhood, and a short walk for groceries, etc. The kitchen space is a highlight – well stocked with pots, pans, etc. for cooking at home and a nice stove/oven. Comfortable dining table area doubled as an office – plenty of space for two laptop setups and excellent wifi service. Living room area was perfect for reading as well – and lots of light in the front room. Great shower, water pressure, etc. – and the fan in the bedroom kept it cool for sleeping, even on a couple warmer nights. The outdoor space is a real perk – fire pit was very simple to use and a pleasant atmosphere with the outdoor lighting. A short ride from the Amtrak station, and convenient to both the university area and other points of interest in the city. Great communication from host, simple keypad access, and no difficulties at all during my time. Would absolutely stay here again!!

We loved our stay at The Loft! The space was cozy and comfortable with great WiFi, and the river and Main Street were within easy walking distance. Chelsea, the host, was proactive, friendly, and always responsive. We will definitely stay here again in our future visits to Niles!

Great hideaway off the beaten path. 15 mins away from good food and activities. The cabin is very comfortable and the privacy and view is great.

The cabin was so incredibly beautiful. There was lots to do and everything was accesible. There were even awesome amenities I didn't expect. They really pay attention to every detail!

Had a great time with some friends at Candy’s property! She had helpful notes and cozy decorations all over the cabin, and we took full advantage of all the amenities she had to offer. We frequently saw ducks, swans, and other wildlife passing by and it was the perfect place to unwind and relax. Would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking to enjoy a weekend on the lake or take a breather from their busy lives! 🎣

I can’t recommend Elise as a host highly enough. Her cottage is in a perfect spot and was great for our fishing trip. Plenty of space to park our trailer. We had some boat problems and her husband even came over to help fix it. This is our second time staying at Elise’s cottage and we will definitely be back!

Holley's place fit the description and photos exactly as presented. We were looking for a place that was relatively close to Notre Dame, and that allowed us to bring our dog. This place fit the bill. It was easy to find, clean, and as I said, fit the description and photos exactly. It was also a nice area to walk our dog. We were here in December and so we could not take advantage of the lake, but if you are here in summer, it's just a stone's throw away, and I imagine very nice. When you think about how much hotels in South Bend and even Elkhart charge on game days this was a no brainer. The price was solid and it was a relatively fast and easy drive from ND. I would definitely stay here again on another game weekend. Thank you Holley!

Everything is wonderful and so relaxing at her cabin. We just love it there. Some day we would love to see a hot tub there for a nice soak after a hard day or two at the flea market. We’ll be back next year again for sure. Thank you again 😁😁 Patricia brand and group.
