All our guests are invited to enjoy the farm, collect vegetables, and spend time with the farm animals. We are 40 min from Cinque Terre, Lerici, Portovenere, and Levanto.

You will find a residence immersed in the Tuscan landscape, just 15 minutes by car from the center of Florence and an hour from Siena. You will be surrounded by greenery and tranquility, with views of the historic Certosa dell'Ema, for a dream vacation. Three bus lines to Florence are nearby, and it is located 20 minutes from the Chianti region. It is a secluded corner, away from the usual tourist routes.

The Fienile is a typical Tuscan stone house, of about 55 square meters with a large private garden (350 sq.m.), a Jacuzzi that can be used all year round, wi-fi, air conditioning. Everything is for your exclusive use. it is located in a small village, near Vinci, a few km from the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci, surrounded by olive trees, in the green Tuscan hills. The house is an ex-barn, recently renovated. A charming, intimate, welcoming and relaxing place.

Self contained studio flat with own entrance. Double height, single volume space. Ideal for a couple or family with small children, or three single friends. Dining areas in garden and on sun terrace. Basic fee for up to 2 guests. Children under 2 years old who only need a travel cot stay for free but will be charged a fee to use the swimming pool. The two double room have both private bathroom, free wireless internet, dvd, music player, a fully equipped kitchen and pool. We accept animals with a little overcharge; they can enter the pool enclosure, but not the water!
