La tenuta è semplicemente incantevole, ristrutturata finemente e con gusto. Gli spazi sono ambi, il mobilio ricercato, i bagni fantastici e i servizi accessori consentono di godersi pienamente l'esperienza. Una particolare nota di merito a Anna e Barbara, che ci hanno accolti e fatti sentire come a casa, prodigandosi (sempre con il sorriso) per soddisfare tutte le nostre richieste. Particolare nota di merito per la colazione, davvero super.

Séjour très agréable. La maison est très belle et correspond parfaitement à la description et aux photos. Les propriétaires Marco et Elisa ont toujours été disponibles et à l’écoute de nos questions. Étant donné que la maison se trouve dans la montagne, le seul petit point négatif serait la route menant directement à la maison qui est un peu complexe (en montée et avec des virages serrés). Néanmoins cela ne reste qu’un détail au vue du confort de la maison et de la beauté des lieux.

This stunning Airbnb in Florence was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. Every detail of the home was impeccably designed—from the beautifully ornate and comfortable bedrooms to the ice-cold air conditioning that was much appreciated after long days exploring the city. The location couldn’t be better. It’s within easy walking distance to all of Florence’s iconic sites, incredible restaurants, and tucked away just enough to be wonderfully quiet at night. But what truly set this stay apart was the incredible private spa room. We absolutely loved relaxing in the hot tub, sauna, and Turkish shower—it felt like our own luxury retreat in the heart of the city. The hospitality from the owner and her son was equally amazing. They welcomed us warmly at check-in and went above and beyond throughout our stay. As a wonderful bonus, they run a nearby farm in Tuscany where they offer cooking classes, truffle hunting, homemade olive oil, and it’s absolutely delicious! Absolutely unforgettable

si vous recherchez du calme, de la bienveillance et de la discrétion vous êtes au bon endroit chez sari et son mari. le logement était co.fortable pour mes 3 filles et moi. Attention nous avons eu beaucoup de moustique mais ça sari n'y peut rien juste pour que vous preniez le nécessaire. je retiens le calme et le décor magique. Gazie Mille Sari 😘

Die perfekte Unterkunft um Parma zu entdecken. Sie liegt perfekt um alles zu Fuß zu erreichen und gleichzeitig schön ruhig. Ein süßes Café direkt vor der Haustür - ein paar Häuser weiter eine tolle Trattoria. Dazu super schön eingerichtet - in der Küche findet man alles was man braucht um sich auch daheim (ja, daheim 😁) etwas zu zaubern. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt - für uns gibt es ab sofort in Parma nur noch eine Unterkunft. :)

Un très bon séjour dans cet appartement paisible, calme et avec toutes les commodités. Les instructions étaient très claires et nos hôtes ont toujours répondu avec beaucoup de réactivité. Merci pour ce beau séjour chez vous !

We were very happy with this place. All as described, and a perfect place for a few days of being base camp while traveling around Parma. Kitchen has the things you need for some easy dinner, and the seperate room with jacuzzi and sauna was exactly what we needed. Very helpful hosts, thank you and greetings from us:)

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser liebevoll eingerichteten Unterkunft! Die Lage ist traumhaft ruhig mit herrlichem Ausblick, das Bad makellos sauber. Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an willkommen, dank der netten Gastgeber und kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten wie Croissants, Kaffee und mehr. Die vegetarische Vorspeisenplatte ist eine Empfehlung! Besonders für Familien mit Kindern ist der kleine Bauernhof ein Highlight – Alpaka Merlin und andere Tiere machen den Aufenthalt unvergesslich. Die Wohnung ist Teil eines Hauses mit zwei identischen Apartments. Während unseres Aufenthalts war die zweite ungenutzt, was sehr angenehm war. Für zwei Personen ist es perfekt, man hat viel Platz, gerade weil man viel draußen sein kann. Sauna und Whirlpool (gegen Tagespreis) sind ein tolles Extra. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten: Cesena, Forli, Rimini, San Leo und San Marino. Ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Appartamento bellissimo, rispecchia perfettamente le foto. Molto vicino al centro città, pochi minuti a piedi, e ben collegato alla stazione. Host molto disponibili e gentili, rispondono in fretta e per qualsiasi esigenza. Super consigliato!

We hadden een heerlijke week in dit prettige onderkomen. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Vooral de tuin is echt prachtig! Ik heb voor het eerst in mijn leven vuurvliegjes gezien. De tuin zat er vol mee. Er was verse koffie 'aan de overkant' te krijgen. Het is een beetje gehorig (bovenburen), maar dat heeft ons niet echt gestoord. Verder een hele rustige en aangename plek!

Luciana e la sua famiglia hanno dimostrato una gentilezza fuori dal comune; siamo stati accolti calorosamente e il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevolissimo. La casa è ben tenuta e molto pulita, totalmente corrispondente alle foto, i dintorni sono tranquilli e si gode di un’ottima vista sul golfo. Speriamo di tornarci presto!

Una breve fuga dal caos cittadino immersi nel silenzio e nella natura. Mauro molto amichevole e disponibile. torneremo sicuramente!

Appartamento B-E-L-L-I-S-S-I-M-O. stupendo con giardino privato super organizzato super pulito. Non so che dire davvero bello da starci per qualche giorno un confort pazzesco. Sonia e Matteo super host sempre pronti a darmi una mano con tutto bravissimi. ❤️

Sehr schöne Unterkunft , wie beschrieben. Die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit sind topp. Unsere Gastgeber die Eltern von Jego waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Privatsphäre war immer vorhanden . Das wir unsere Bikes und das Auto innerhalb vom Grundstück abstellen konnten war super ! Die Lage ist außerhalb der Stadtmitte von Lucca , ein Teilort . Fussläufig auf ein Eis oder Drink am Abend in die Stadt gehen ist eher schlecht. Wir hatten unsere Fahrräder dabei , das hat das ganze entspannt . Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft !!

Bellissimo appartamento in posizione panoramica con vista sulle bellissime colline dell'Oltrepò. Elisabetta è molto gentile e disponibile, attenta alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti e mai invadente. Consigliato!!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genommen. Angefangen vom Checkin verlief der Aufenthalt reibungslos. Das Apartment lädt abseits von vielen Menschen zum Entspannen und wohlfühlen ein. Zu zweit ist wirklich mehr als genug Platz geboten. Die Wohnung empfanden wir als sehr sauber und gepflegt. Den Pool konnten wir leider aufgrund der Temperaturen nicht testen. Für uns war kein Wunsch offen. Supermärkte sind super mit dem Auto innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, da wir abseits von der Stadt wohnen wollten. Zum Meer haben wir meistens je nach Stelle so 20 Minuten Fahrzeit- einfach perfekt.

Ragazzi veramente disponibili e gentili, noi ci siamo interfacciati per lo più con Chiara, che è stata super gentile, ci ha aspettati oltre l'orario di check-in con molta cordialita e senza farci pesare il ritardo, con molta gentilezza ci ha spiegato tutto e ci ha accolti con molto calore facendoci sentire a casa. Il posto è veramente magnifico, dotato di ogni minimo confort e loro che coccolano con tutti i piccoli dettagli che mettono a disposizione. Un piccolo angolo di paradiso che consiglierei a tutti, per una notte o meglio giorni da sogno.

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in “all’ombra del lauro” Het huis is groot genoeg voor ons vieren en onze hond. Het heeft ook veel originele Toscaanse kenmerken en is eenvoudig maar smaakvol ingericht. We hebben ook veel tijd buiten kunnen doorbrengen vanwege het mooie weer. Overdag in de schaduw van de laurierboom, ‘s avonds in het bubbelbad genieten van het uitzicht en de ondergaande zon. Het is hier heerlijk rustig en stil, het enige wat we horen zijn de vogels die fluiten. De locatie is een prima plek als uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen. Met steden als Florence, Pisa en Lucca in de buurt hebben we ons niet hoeven vervelen. Ook de plaatsen hier in de omgeving waren het bezoeken zeker waard.

Silvia and Massi are amazing and thoughtful hosts. Their place is beautiful and a great location if you’re looking to visit Florence, Pisa, and Vinci. The food, the views, the hospitality make it a great experience to invest in, especially the espresso.

What a wonderful city and apartment. The house is in a perfect location close to all Lucca has to offer. The three beds with en-suite baths were so comfortable. The apartment is very large with everything you could possibly need. Thank you for a great week in Lucca. We look forward to returning soon.
