We live in a beautiful place called Bühlweidli, i.e. Sonnweidchen, in an old renovated farmhouse. Absolute tranquility, no neighbors and nature. We mainly supply ourselves, biodynamically. Electricity, heating and hot water from 100% renewable energy - both in summer and winter. We try to live with nature. The cosy studio apartment is located in the heart of the Emmental on 1140 m ABS with a view over Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. The farmhouse from the year 1850 which was renovated in 2019 lies in a quiet neighbourhoor above the sea of fog. The flat has a seperate entrance and a sheltered terrasse with a view over the Alps. The terrasse, which is alined to the south is shared.

Quiet, spacious and stylish apartment in the middle of the Emmental on 1140 meters ASL above the sea of fog. Perfect to disonnect from busy day to day life, hike, cycle, enjoy nature or go on excurions to Bern, Thun, Lucerne or to the beautiful, natural finish Emmental. Or simply to let the day be a day and enjoy the breathtaking view.

Room: Small but nice

Enjoy the simple life in this quiet and centrally located accommodation. The house was built in 1911 and has its own charm. Most of it is made of wood. A small stream runs under part of the house. You can hear a gentle babbling. During the day there is some traffic, at night it is very quiet.
