Apartment holiday rentals in Encinitas

The apartment was ideal and met all of my needs. Communication was quick and friendly. Grocery stores and restaurants, etc were a short drive away. I would stay here again!

We absolutely loved this house and were stunned by the incredible view from the balcony. On the day we arrived, we witnessed the most amazing sunset — a truly unforgettable welcome. It’s the perfect spot for surfers, with the ocean just steps from the door. We also enjoyed using the bikes provided in the garage to ride into Encinitas, where we had great coffee and breakfast at the charming little local shops. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the bedroom was very comfortable — we slept really well. We’d definitely love to come back again!

Marla did a great job with her place! It was extremely clean and very well decorated. The grounds of the resort were beautiful, and the underground parking was really convenient. The pool was very clean, and if you like to play tennis or pickle ball, the courts are literally right outside of the unit. The beach chairs were also a great touch when we went to the ocean! There is also plenty of shopping and food choices very close.

Evan's place was a fantastic spot to unwind and reflect. I was dealing with the recent loss of a family member, so this was more than just a getaway for me. The sound of the surf really calmed me, and as a vacation spot it would be difficult to improve on his place. I hope to return when I'm in a more centered frame of mind.

This rental was outfitted with everything you could possibly need for your stay. We especially appreciated the hypoallergenic toiletries and detergent-we have never seen that at any other vacation rentals. Everything was spotless. Very enjoyable stay overall. My compliments to the host :)

We loved the condo - the view was amazing! It has a large living area and super comfortable couch. The large ocean front bedroom was great - we listened to the waves all night. First time to Solana Beach - liked being able to walk to restaurants (Rustic Root), farmers market, and the dog beach. The kitchen had everything we needed. Richard called us to make sure we were able to get in. The condo has electric mobile heaters - it was a bit cold/rainy for a few days, but we were able to get the area warm. We would come back!

This studio was amazing. The community was so wonderful with a tropical feel with the landscaping. Fountains and ponds everywhere. It was serene. Just what we needed. We grilled and brought the food back to the place where we enjoyed meals on the incredible patio. The big pool was great, but we spent more time at the smaller pool and at the beach which was just a half block away. Parking was easy. The area had great shops and restaurants. We will be back!

Yelena's place is always our first choice when visiting family in Encinitas, it's very comfortable and convenient. Yelena is a great host--this time there was a minor plumbing mishap and rather than wait for our regular plumber, she paid extra for someone to come and fix it immediately, which was very much appreciated!

Perfect location right on mission beach, and we loved the close vicinity to our favorite restaurants! It also came with sand toys & amenities for our toddler which was a huge plus. Only thing that could have made the stay any better is a broom to use, as the sand does start to accumulate after many days at the beach. Overall though, 10/10!

A Perfect San Diego Coastal Getaway! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Carl's beach home in the Pacific/Mission Beach area, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charming beach cottage. The decor is super cute, combining cozy beach vibes with modern comforts, making it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn't be better! Just a short stroll from the beach, we enjoyed daily walks along the shore and stunning sunsets. The nearby restaurants and shops added to the convenience, making it easy to explore the local scene. Carl was an exceptional host, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth stay. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. If you're looking for a perfect beach getaway, I highly recommend Carl’s beach home. Perfectly located on a quiet street with convenient access to the highways and a gorgeous view of a nearby beach. The condo was exactly as described, spacious, clean, fully equipped and the parking garage was an added plus. We were in town for a wedding and did not have a chance to use the pool area but it was an absolute joy to see the ocean each morning from the balcony. It was a great stay and we hope to return!

Great location, close walk to the beach. Our family of 4 enjoyed using the boogie boards, beach chairs and bikes that were available to us. Coffee shops and breweries were close by. Warrens place was perfect for our little getaway. Would highly recommend!

Great stay. Plenty of room for a family of four. Very clean with everything you could need. We spend a lot of time enjoying the roof top view. Loved the convenience of the beach toys locker. Enjoyed walks to Harbor Village for fish and chips and breakfast at the Stratford. Sea lions were a fun bonus. Would definitely stay again. Top notch hosts!

We LOVED this place! Baby items along with all of the beach supplies made our visit so much easier! Spent our mornings eating breakfast on the patio with the ocean view (my toddler demanded it every morning) and the days walking to the beach and surrounding areas. Great location, great space, nice grounds/property. We would definitely stay here again!

the location of this property is magnificent, Just being able to hear the waves at night was soothing . Worth every dollar I say ! , Walking distance to the harbor and pier, assigned parking,The beach is very close , My family enjoyed Oceanside and the property, clean and spacious. Restaurants and shops throughout our walks on the beach , would highly recommend.

We love the location and amenities at Paul’s place. Very quiet unit and lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful surroundings. A new hot tub opened by the pool during our stay which was wonderful!

Lovely place in walking distance of the beach and village. The place itself is great with a well stocked kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Ms.Sandy provided a very welcoming AirBnB rental to relax and decompress in. From her initial inactions, she was extremely helpful with detailed instructions and helpful suggestions. As a bonus, the HOA also offered recommendations on places locally to dine at and entertainment. It’s the combination of these two that make for an enjoyable experience. Ms. Sandy’s place is clean and features 2 smart tvs for your entertainment pleasure. Just remember to log out of your streaming service before checking out. If you need a bit of fresh air, the beach is close by, along with the harbor with eateries and entertainment. Or just walk around the compound and enjoy the various water features and koi pond. For you golfers, bring your putter and enjoy the putting green. There’s also a swimming pool and gym, however the beach is just minutes away. You can definitely put your trust in Ms. Sandy for a very enjoyable experience.

The beach was literally within steps! We were looking forward to having a relaxing trip - which we did. I loved that beach chairs and coolers were provided had we needed them. Assigned parking made me feel safe.

We had an amazing stay here!! Beautiful ocean views, the most wonderful beach nearby in walking distance, and the home was exactly as described. Everything was perfect and felt so luxurious. We cooked every day in the kitchen, and we had everything we needed! The kitchen was well stocked. We were grateful to have so many towels as we would go to the beach twice a day or more!! We didn’t get to use the pool because we were so busy, but what an added plus to have as an option! The bed was extremely comfortable, and there were plenty of spare linens/blankets if needed. The AC was so nice! Bathrooms were stocked and spotless! It was our first time staying somewhere with a washer/dryer in the unit, and now I can’t imagine ever staying somewhere without one!! Getting into the Airbnb and parking in the garage was so easy, and we appreciated Anne checking in on us. This is our favorite Airbnb that we have ever stayed at in California, and we hope to be back soon :) we were so impressed!!
