Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Engenho Beach

The stay and the experience were excellent from start to finish. In addition to all the natural beauty of the place (sleeping and being with the sound of the waterfall next door was simply wonderful!), the concept of the house, the amenities and the comfort deserve to be highlighted. I would like to highlight a few points: attention to detail in all aspects, clear and efficient communication, including access and use instructions for the house with videos, and a well-equipped kitchen with sufficient utensils to prepare great meals. Anyway, I highly recommend the stay and I certainly intend to return soon!

We loved our stay at Antônio's house, the house is exactly as in the photos, truly clean, organized, equipped and very tasteful. House in a safe, quiet and well located place. We needed Antônio's support with the water filter and the shower resistance and he promptly helped us and solved the problem. Super commendate staff.

Our stay was simply amazing! The house is beautiful, super organized, clean and equipped with absolutely everything you may need — from kitchen utensils to small details that make all the difference. The location is excellent, a few meters from the beach and in a super quiet area. We were received with great attention by Mr. Paulo and Mrs. Adelaide, Fabiola's parents, who introduced us to the house, gave us all the tips and made us feel at home from the first moment. During the stay, we count on the help of Neide, who went to the house each morning to help us with the cleaning. Always very friendly and efficient, left everything impeccable — a sure indication of Fabiola, which we also recommend! And the view… what a wonderful view! A real getaway to rest, recharge and enjoy good times with family and friends. No doubt, a place to come back many and many times. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

We just spent an amazing weekend at this house in Praia da Baleia! The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped — it has all the utensils we need for a perfect stay. There are four suites, a swimming pool, sauna, barbecue, pizza oven, and it's close to the beach! The condominium is super nice and safe, with beautiful houses around. The host was excellent, always responded quickly and gave us all the right directions. I highly recommend it for those who want to enjoy relaxing days with family or friends. We sure want to go back!

A really wonderful house, comfortable beds an incredible view, you really don't want to get out of there. Cooking with that view is incredible. We had a family vacation, where there were different spots to work, read, contemplate that view. Cyntia the clerk with help with everything in the house was really helpful. I cooked and was there catering to our needs. Juli the same, I could get everything I asked of her/I would really come back a thousand times !

I have nothing to complain about, neither the stay nor the host. The comfort was wonderful, the house very organized and clean, the host was available for contact at all times, my family and I loved it ❤️

What a joy it was to stay in this space! The beach of Feiticeira is so close that you can consider it a backyard. Beautiful, clean and organized space. Nina was extremely receptive and helped us with everything, including the establishment indications we needed. We were also well received by the kitten Shakira, the company was great in the days we stayed there! We hope to return soon.

The apartment is large and spacious, sleeps 8 comfortably. The location is excellent, standing in the sand with a very good view of the beach (3rd floor). There is a need for some maintenance that does not disgrace the apartment. Repeti the stay in this apartment.

Quiet place for a couple, especially if you prioritize having the main meals outside. Well-equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, but it only has a small pot. Only point of attention for those that likes to organize meals. My fiancé and I worked from there and we had no problems with the stability of the internet. Easy to get around by car. Right in the middle of the north and south zone making it easy to get to know different beaches. Local was well cleaned. I recommend and would go again.

The apartment was clean and organized upon arrival, just like in the photos. The place is safe and the reception was smooth, the building staff are attentive. The host was attentive and responds quickly. The stay went well, apartment with sea view and close to the sand. I recommend it and I will come back more often.

The apartment is great, everything clean and organized. The building was also quiet. Restaurants, mall nearby and can walk. Very nice beach access. My second stay at the apartment and I will always come back as possible . Thanks Ana and Martinho.

When we arrived, the apartment was extremely clean and organized, all very cozy. Jacuzzi in the outdoor area that is warm, a delight to enjoy with the forest on the side, we even had the pleasure of seeing some little animals passing by. The rooms are a little cramped, but nothing that gets in the way. Some lights from the outside area of the barbecue were burned, I alerted the owner but stayed for it, but it did not disturb us either. The barbecue is a little tricky to work with. We had a problem with the neighbor of the car garage spaces, because one of our cars got the wheel a little UP the BAND, and he went to complain at the entrance of the building, saying that we broke into his vacancy, the employee said that it was already the third stay of the owner who had this complaint, so it was already the alert... Of the more everything was great, all the necessary kitchen utensils, the view of the forest is incredible, and the owner sent all the information in the week of check in.

Stunning stay, the accommodations are exactly like the photos, all very clean, organized and functional. Gabriela is an odd person, accessible at all times and supported us in everything, always explaining everything in the smallest detail. The condominium is quiet, security 24h, has a mini convenience and has polite and helpful staff. The beach is a few steps away from the condominium and has beach service (chair and sunguard). Very well equipped apartment, with everything you need for stay (airfryer,toaster,sandwich maker,blender,kettle,microwave,coffee maker, washing machine and many other items) You really don't have to worry about a thing ; you have there at the apt. Estadia was excellent, good location, clean decoration, great showers, new pillows, very good condominium structure. Great balcony with barbecue, air conditioning in all rooms We were very pleased with the days we spent in the apt! Sandro served us promptly and warmly whenever we need to speak.

The stay was excellent! The description fully matched what was in the listing. Marcelo e Márcia always responded very quickly, brought super interesting local tips and even helped us to make a better route choice for our return. As for the noises of the bars, which is in some comments, it did not bother us at all, all rooms have air conditioning and we can close the windows to sleep peacefully. The location is great, we did everything on foot in the city, the beach is beautiful and the space is even bigger than what appears in the photos of the ad. We loved the trip and in particular the attention of the hosts note 10. We will definitely return.
