Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in São Paulo

Viviane was very kind and agile in communication and has maintained the house with the same standard of infrastructure since March 2023, when I was there for the first time. All my family and friends who were with me during this stay and the previous one loved the coziness of the house, the decoration and its architectural style. A small family accommodates very well. We were delighted with the house! Sleeping to the sound of the sea was one of the best experiences of the trip - something that, personally, is even more amazing than the photos show. The house is extremely clean, cozy and well cared for. We were warmly welcomed by Rafael and Lu, who were super attentive and friendly. Francisco was also incredible: from the first contact, he was always helpful and even sent us several tips on what to do in the region. But I confess that we could hardly leave the house - we were so enchanted with the place that we just wanted to enjoy the view. I'm already counting the days to go back, and next time I want to explore all of Francisco's tips! Our little dog also had a blast at the beach. It was an unforgettable experience!

The house is impeccable, exactly like the photos! Simone, who is responsible for taking care of the house and receiving the guests, was EXTREMELY kind and helpful even before check-in. It's worth every penny to hire her services! The view from the house is sensational, the whole land itself a delight! But we ended up making the mistake of following WAZE and ended up on a dirt road that would shorten the stretch but due to the rain it was impossible to pass, as there is zero lighting or cell phone signal! You have to follow the house instructions that Simone sends before the stay, the signs or GOOGLE MAPS!

We went to our honeymoon, could not have chosen better accommodation than this one, we love the days we spent there, and we will definitely go back, Glenda is very kind and helpful, note a thousand, thank you very much Glenda, very soon I will be back.

Clarice and her husband are great hosts, they welcomed us very well and were very polite. The house is as advertised, everything is very clean and organized, everything is very new and working perfectly, making us feel at home, with everything we need. Location is great, very easy to get to and close to Morro do Elefante. We will return more often, we highly recommend the stay!

Marcelo’s place is truly special and absolutely worth a visit! Super comfortable and surrounded by lush forest, it feels like staying in a charming treehouse. The bedrooms are cozy, with high-quality bed linens and towels provided in more than enough quantity. The bathrooms are excellent, with hot, relaxing showers. The kitchen is chef-worthy — fully equipped and seamlessly integrated with the outdoor area, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The jacuzzi works perfectly and stays nice and warm. Marcelo is a top-notch host: always available, incredibly kind, full of great tips, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable — even gifting us a bottle of wine and a delicious cake. We loved every moment and will definitely be back!

Easy check in and location, cute little apartment

Pictures will never do this place justice. This place was so beautiful and clean!! Hosts were so easy to communicate with and very responsive. Great location we walked all over the neighborhood with no issues. As with any new location keep aware of your surroundings.

Great location, close to the subway, the studio overlooks Maria Carolina Street, very cozy and comfortable. The hostess responded to me quickly every time I needed it. Provinces of the condominium always attentive and attentive. It was very worth it! We love it.

The environment is really as described in the advertisement (cozy, beautiful and organized). The host responded quickly and clarified all our doubts. The concierge team is also very helpful, attentive and kind. Regarding the neighborhood's safety... there are many homeless people and drug users scattered around the square (something common in any Brazilian state), but just be cautious and don't fool around. Finally, the stay was good and I would possibly stay in the same place again.

We arrived at the accommodation 3 hours before check-in and Luciano kindly let us check in early. The loft is centrally located, close to several tourist spots. The loft is exactly like the listing photos. We loved the stay and recommend Luciano's accommodation.

Excellent location. Clean and well-structured with quality bedding. Air conditioner with heating. Great gym and swimming pool. Perfect for 2pax. Very polite host, even helped me retrieve an item I forgot.

The Bluehaus apartment is very nice, we went with my partner and it has everything, very well equipped! The piece in the second has a spectacular view, and so does the terrace. One of the best neighborhoods in São Paulo, very close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. They were very attentive in answering all our questions. I recommend anyways!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb unit. The place is super charming, very clean (spotless), and walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Check-in/out was smooth. The building has amazing amenities like a pool, game room, waiting area, and an outstanding gym. The doormen were always friendly, and the gated entrance felt very safe. Perfect for solo travelers or couples — great value for the price. Carina, the host, was fantastic — she checked in during my stay and shared great recommendations. Only small suggestion: it would be nice if basic toiletries like shampoo and body soap were provided, especially for business travelers or short stays. Just a small detail, but everything else was excellent. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with an excellent view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5 min walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.
