Nahegelegene Orte sind Ftan, Scuol, Ardez und Guarda. Val Tasna ist ein Seitental des Unterengadins auf dem Gebiet der Gemeinde Scuol im Schweizer Kanton Graubünden.

2022 neu erbautes Studio (ca. 35 m2, Erdgeschoss). Das Studio befindet sich im ausgebauten Heustall vom Engadinerhaus "Chasa Pütvia" aus dem 16. Jahrhundert. Zentrale Lage an Quartierstrasse, wenige Schritte zum Skibus/Postauto und nur 5 Gehminuten vom Dorfzentrum Scuol mit Geschäften, Restaurants und dem Wellnessbad "Bogn Engiadina" entfernt. Zum Langlaufzentrum und Loipe sind es ebenfalls wenige Gehminuten. Belegung bis 2 Personen (Kleinkinder nicht inbegriffen).

The village shop and bus stop are a 5-10 minute walk away. In summer, numerous hikes and bike tours can be undertaken from the apartment. Various swimming options in the region. The cable cars can be reached in 15 minutes by car or PostBus. Cross-country ski trail from Ramosch. Toboggan run to the front door.

The attic apartment with beautiful garden view and wonderful views of the Piz Clünas and Muot da l'Hom mountains is located in an apartment building with an attached sheepfold. The house is centrally located in the beautiful mountain village of Ftan (1650 meters above sea level). The flat has its own entrance. 1 parking space (free) is available below the house. Our guests also have free Wi-Fi access. In the living area, TV is available.

Great location! The house is close to adventure pool (Bogn Engadina), shopping, public transport, restaurants. You'll love my place because of the unique mineral water fountain in front of the house, the front courtyard with original Unterengadiner flair. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and large groups for family celebrations.

Unsere Wohnungen befinden sich im Komplex des Ferienpark Tulai. Das Gebäude besteht aus 113 Wohnungen. Wir verfügen über 10 Wohnungen (alle Richtung Süden gerichtet) welche wir in den letzten Jahren komplett renoviert haben. Das Studio bietet mit seinen über 50m2 grosszügigen Platz für 2 Personen. Sie sind modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und laden zum Entspannen und Geniessen ein.
