The center of Scuol, the valley station of the mountain railways and the train station are approx. 10 minutes' walk. Public, free parking about 800 m away or paid parking (CHF 20 per week) just steps away from the house. Ground floor: In the living room, renovated and newly furnished in 2014, with a beautiful veranda with access to the spacious garden seating area with ping pong table and fire ring (barbecue area). This brings an atmospheric campfire ambience with a blazing flame and is ideally suited for cooking your grilled food. Beautiful - newly built in 2018 - kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and cozy sitting area. Separate toilet/sink. Upper floor: In the bedroom newly furnished in 2015 (1 x double room with TV + 1 triple room with exit to the south balcony). This spacious loft apartment on two floors is part of a unique house built in 1902 in Art Nouveau style. It's an excellent accommodation for 12-15 guests looking for comfort in a historical setting. Geographically, the house Grava in Susch is an ideal location to explore the entire Engadin valley by car or train. St.Moritz in the Upper Engadin, Scuol in the Lower Engadin and Davos across the Flüela pass are 30 to 45 minutes away. A train journey to Zürich airport lasts less than 3 hours.

The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. The cross-country skiing center and trail are also a few minutes' walk away. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included).
