The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. This beautiful farmhouse exudes romance and rural idyll. With a wood-burning stove, thatched roof, and lots of aesthetic details. It has a patio with stunning views of meadow, trees and sea, as well as a flower garden. The house is undisturbed with walking distance to the sea, grocery store and marina. In the luxurious bedroom there is a French imported vintage double bed. In the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a cozy work corner, as well as an evocative dining area with a beautiful chandelier and a peasant blue table.

Have fun with the family or relax and enjoy the nature in our beautiful cottage. There are 2 double bedrooms in them. A room has two 90 cm beds, one set up on the wall. A loft with a few sleeping places on mattresses. The kitchen is in the middle of the house and the focal point of the house. Lovely secluded garden. New bathing jetty by a small beach, 5 min walk away. In addition, there is a long large beach, 15 minutes away from the house. We are ideally situated near Pedersborg and Soro lakes-a ten minute walk away. Many visitors come to Soro for a peaceful walk around the lakes and a tour boat ride in summer. You will be a 2 minute walk from the bus stop and a 40 minute train ride from Copenhagen.
