The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

There are two bedrooms, a kitchen-living room with dining area and living room in one, as well as a wood-burning stove for the cool evenings. There are two lovely, enclosed terraces: with sun all day, dining areas, sun loungers and parasols - perfect for a quiet morning coffee, a book in the shade or a glass of wine in the evening sun. The summehouse is located on the first line of beautiful beach “Enø Strand”. It has the “Blue Flag”, the best rating a beach can get. It is located 200 m from the small cosy fishing village Karrebæksminde with restaurants, cafes, minigolf and smokehouses. In the summer period, there is a Tivoli, circus, shop keeper market, regatta and music entertainments at different times all summer. Furthermore is it possible for you to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere around the channel and the boat harbour.

Welcome to our cottage located in lovely Karrebæksminde. Close to dining and great shopping. The home: 80 m2 with kitchen in open connection with living room. 2 rooms with double beds. Nice bathroom with exit to small courtyard with sauna and outdoor shower. Outside there is a large wooden terrace with furniture. There are duvets, pillows and kitchen utensils for 6 people. The house is well insulated. It has a heat pump and a pellet stove, so it's good for winter holidays.

Can, by agreement, run loose on the whole property. Smoking in the house is not allowed, but must take place outdoors.
