Casa nova, moderna, alto padrão, projeto assinado e vista sem igual. Piscina com borda infinita, aquecida, debruçada sobre o mar e com vista de 180º para as praias de Toque Toque Grande, Calhetas e para o pôr do sol. Entre os meses de outubro e março o sol se põe junto ao mar. Oferece privacidade absoluta, estando imersa na Mata Atlântica mas com fácil acesso pela rodovia. Segurança total com monitoramento remoto. Lugar único, diferenciado, tranquilo, com muito estilo e conforto.

Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. The house is located on Pontal da Cruz Beach (see through the Waze App, as Google Maps recognizes it as Praia do Partido, but the address is correct). Spacious, single-story house with 1,700 m² of land facing the sea. Swimming pool with depth for all children and adults, beautiful garden with coconut trees and trees by the beach and a poolside barbecue area. Boat trips with quick access to Ilhabela and beaches near São Sebastião (to be arranged).

House on the Sand with Access to 2 Beaches

Property right on the sand in front of the beach with beautiful views and a large garden. The house has an ocean view from all areas, from the breakfast table to the comfort of the bed. Located in an ARIE (area of relevant ecological interest), where the USP Marine Research Institute is located. Access to the property and 2 beaches controlled by land. In front of the beach, there is a floating bar for boats and there may be music.

Gated oceanfront condominium, adult and children's pool, game room, beach tennis and beach volleyball court, solarium, soccer field, 24-hour security. In the house, we have a very nice barbecue area to enjoy with the family. The location of the condominium on the main road allows easy access to the beautiful beaches of São Sebastião, 15 minutes from the ferry to Ilhabela and the city center. Also easy access to Caraguatatuba.

Romance and Nature Bungalow...

A bungalow built artistically in every detail... a bathtub open to the woods with a glass ceiling gives the feeling of being immersed in nature, with a centenary fig tree in front and many birds... intimate and welcoming in connection with Nature, in contact with this reserve area of the Atlantic Forest. The other hot shower is on the deck open to the woods and is delightful day or night, with a starry sky and moonlight.

Houseboat, on the sand & charming...

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
