Charming little guest house in our garden. 10-minute walk to Stuvsta station with commuter train to Stockholm city. The guest house has a living room with kitchen, a bathroom and a separate bedroom. Fully furnished with a continental bed (120 cm), wardrobe, sofa and kitchen table with two chairs. The kitchen is equipped with glass, porcelain and kitchen utensils. The cottage is built so that one person can stay comfortably, but there is a sleeping loft for 2 extra people - however, with very limited ceiling height. Note: No parking!

Public transport departs constantly from the bus station, which is 2 minutes away from the residence. Here you live close to nature as well as the pulse of the city. The apartment, which is 80 sqm, is located on the ground floor of our basement house. The home has its own entrance, is fully equipped. Welcome to a home with both comfort and convenience

A very small studio with own entrance on the bottom floor of our house in a quiet area, close to Stockholm city (15 min by subway.) The bed is 140 cm wide. Equipped kitchen. The studio is in the basement. My family with childen live in the house, so you might hear us moving around. A 10 min walk to the subway stations Svedmyra, green line19. Close by, walking distance, a big and a smaller supermarket, parks, restaurants and walking areas. Own entrance with code lock. No pets allowed. Welcome.

There is also the scenic Årstaviken with outdoor gym, running track and walking paths overlooking Södermalm. From here to the Globen area with Avicii arena and 3Arena, you have only 3 minutes by tram or 20 minutes walk. There are good connections with bus/commuter train/tram, travel time to Södermalm is about 15 minutes and the city is about 20 minutes.

Welcome to our cottage with a unique location on a lake plot in cozy Gladö Kvarn. We are surrounded by large nature reserves, but only 10 minutes by car, 20 minutes by bus to Huddinge C. Large terrace with lake views. Private seating by the lake. The house has a living room, kitchen, sleeping loft, shower, washing machine. Towels and sheets are available and included in the price. 500 meters to the bus that goes to Huddinge C and commuter train into Stockholm C, 15 minutes.

Welcome to our small 30 sqm house – perfect for a couple or a small family. You’ll sleep together in the loft on a 160x200 cm bed. The guesthouse is located right next to our own home. We respect our guests' privacy and do our best to ensure you feel undisturbed during your stay. There is access to a complete kitchen, sofa group and bathroom with washing machine. Outside, there is a small balcony in the southwest. The house is located in a quiet and nice villa area in Örby, southern Stockholm. Good communication with bus, subway and commuter trains. Proximity to grocery store 6 min or shopping center 10-12 min walk.

New studio - like a hotel room with a kitchen

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.

Welcome to a detached mini-house located in Älvsjö. From here, you have walking distance to the Älvsjö Fair and to buses and commuter trains that take you into Stockholm city in ten minutes. The house is furnished with a 120 cm bed. Kitchenette with stove, microwave and refrigerator. Basic kitchen equipment/porcelain. Toilet/shower. There is access to a washing machine during longer stays, by agreement.
