Welcome to our small 30 sqm house – perfect for a couple or a small family. You’ll sleep together in the loft on a 160x200 cm bed. The guesthouse is located right next to our own home. We respect our guests' privacy and do our best to ensure you feel undisturbed during your stay. We're available if you need anything – otherwise, we keep a low profile and let you enjoy your time in peace and quiet. The photos show how the two houses are situated in relation to each other.

A very small studio with own entrance on the bottom floor of our house in a quiet area, close to Stockholm city (15 min by subway.) Equipped kitchen The studio is in the basement. My family with childen live in the house, so you might hear us moving around. A 10 min walk to the subway stations Svedmyra, green line19. Close by, walking distance, a big and a smaller supermarket, parks, restaurants and walking areas. Own entrance with code lock. No pets. Welcome.

New studio - like a hotel room with a kitchen

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.

Nice and centrally located tiny house, close to Älvsjömässan.

Welcome to a detached mini house located in Älvsjö. From here, you have walking distance to the Älvsjö Fair and to buses and commuter trains that take you into Stockholm city in ten minutes. The house is furnished with a 120 cm bed. Kitchenette with stove, microwave and refrigerator. Basic kitchen equipment/porcelain. Toilet/shower. There is access to a washing machine during longer stays, as agreed.

Guest suite next to Stuvsta commuter train with its own entrance

Nice guest suite next to the commuter train, with its own entrance, luxurious bathroom and a double bed (140). TV and desk as well as free WiFi. In the alcove, there is a mini fridge, microwave and kettle. Sheets, towels and hair dryer are included. Well-stocked grocery store is just opposite the apartment and a small square at the station with bakery and pharmacy.

Peaceful and Spacious Home near Nature and City

Forget all your everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful home, with nature right outside your door. Bandhagen is a quiet area close to everything you need. The subway is just 1-2 minutes away, taking you to Södermalm in 10 minutes and the City in 15 minutes. There are also buses that take you to various natural areas.

Nice apartment house of 25 sqm with walking distance to the Stockholm Fair. 15 minute walk to commuter train or subway that takes you quickly into the city center. 3 beds distributed in the sleeping alcove and in the sleeping loft.
