This newly built guesthouse is in our lush garden in the heart of Gamla Enskede. We are just a few minutes walk from the local subway, Sandsborg. In our immediate neighbourhood are a range of local restaurants, cafes, bakeries & shops, including Delselius Bageri, Enskede Matbod, Tomatis Pizza, Thai & Indian take-aways. Globen & Tele2 Arena are just 10 minutes walk away. The guest house has it's own kitchen & a small bathroom containing a shower & toilet It is ideal for couples & solo travellers

A Beautiful one bedroom apartment

Viveks lägenhet A nice and cozy apartment with all the necessities needed for a pleasant stay short as longterm. The apartment is just over a year old, everything is new and fresh, the bus stop is right outside, which goes, among other places, to Älvsjö Station were the Commuter train goes to Arlanda airport. But the Metro station (Högdalen or Bandhagen) is only 8 minutes walk distance from the apartment, and then 19 minutes to StockholmCity. In Högdalencentre there is all the service you need.

Welcome to our newly built tiny house! This house is perfect for a family with two kids or if traveling with friends. You sleep in a separated bedroom area (80+80cm bed) and loft (80+80cm bed). There is a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower/toilet and washing machine. You have access to free internet and built in speakers. It has great communications to City Center. Close to subway Fruängen and a bus stop just outside the garden. Only 15 min from Stockholmsmässan/Stockholm fair.

The Jetty Suite, with Sauna, canoe & add-on spa

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Charmigt litet gästhus i vår trädgård. 10 minuters promenad till Stuvsta station med pendeltåg till Stockholm city. Gästhuset har ett vardagsrum med kök, ett badrum och ett separat sovrum. Fullt möblerad med en kontinentalsäng (120 cm), garderob, soffa och köksbord med två stolar. Köket är utrustat med glas, porslin och köksredskap. Stugan är byggd för att en person kan bo bekvämt, men det finns ett sovloft för 2 extra personer- dock med mycket begränsad takhöjd. Obs: Ingen parkering!

Fin modern och välutrustad lägenhet i större villa. Lägenheten består av 1 sovrum med stor dubbelsäng samt bäddsoffa för 2 personer i vardagsrummet. Vid behov kan vi även sätta in en extrasäng. Köket är modernt och fullt utrustat. Badrummet är nyrenoverat med dusch och tvättmaskin. Härlig uteplats på egen veranda. Nära till kommunikationer Runt hörnet finns en mycket populär sushi butik. Bageri och livsmedelsbutik på 5 minuters gångavstånd. Stora grönområden finns i närheten.

Endast 7 minuter från Avicii Arena/3Arena och 20 min från Stockholm City bor ni i ett lugnt radhusområde med bra kommunikationer och gratis parkering. Close by, walking distance, a big and a smaller supermarket, parks, restaurants and walking areas. Own entrance with code lock. No pets. Welcome.

Härligt minihus på 30 kvadratmeter,, byggt 2022 och ligger på en fastighet med ett större hus som bebos av en familj. Boendet erbjuder ett fullt utrustat kök med ugn, mikro och kyl/frys. På loftvåningen finns en 160 cm säng, bäddsoffa på nedervåning. Närmaste pendeltågstation är Älvsjö och närmaste tunnelbanestation är Fruängen. Båda nås enkelt via en kort bussresa. Med bil når man centrala Stockholm på 10 min.

New studio - like a hotel room with a kitchen

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.
