Elizabeth is a terrific host. She is very helpful and quick to respond. The apartment is located in a secluded area. The residents are very quiet and friendly. The parking lot and walkway areas are well lit, all the way to the entry doors.

New place in a quiet location and this is our second time staying here. We will book again for sure!

Lawrence was an excellent host!The apartment was equipped and comfortable and I was able to use the cargo lift to bring my luggage upstairs. Streaming channels were also available. We enjoyed our stay and I would stay again when visiting the area. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at his apartments.

This is a treasure!! Just the right size for two and for the length of time we planned to stay. The host was accessible, and the location was excellent. Had it not been for the rain we could have walked for pizza or to the grocery store. We highly recommend. Thank you for allowing us to use your "Pad" Jelicka & Keith

As a fellow short-term rental owner, I found this place incredibly inspiring and left with several ideas to improve my own property. I’ll definitely be staying with Larry every time I come home.

Wow!!! First and foremost, I MUST say: The Clubhouse is absolutely adorable! I love it so much! 😍😍😍 If I didn't have a house of my own, I'd want to live in The Clubhouse. Larry thought of EVERYTHING that you could need for a perfect stay at your home away from home. My family and I enjoyed our stay so very much. And we are so grateful that Larry opened his space up to us. EQUALLY IMPORTANT, Larry is such a compassionate, level-headed, and understanding person. I became so frazzled because I had a a VERY unexpected situation within the first few hours of my stay. He helped me work through the situation by empathizing with me and maintaining a non-judgemental nature. This was my first in-person encounter with Larry, and I understand why he has such amazing reviews. As long as he'll have us, we'll ALWAYS stay at one of Larry's apartments.

Very clean, nice place. I felt at home there. I don’t like how close to the main road it was but still a great place to stay if you’re in the area.
