The stay was very pleasant, we had a good time. Ludovic is very welcoming and very friendly. The accommodation is bright, quiet, spacious and very well located. We were also able to enjoy the sports course right next to the residence. Very bright, quiet and spacious accommodation. I recommend it!

Very good location near the city center. Everything is done on foot, bike rental, tour of the lake, catering, train station, market in front of the apartment... The apartment is very functional, clean, refurbished, we spent 3 beautiful nights there (comfortable bedding). Parking below the building is a plus. We are very satisfied with our stay. I recommend

Very nice apartment with space for a good weekend for two! Slightly far from Lake Annecy on foot but Jade provides bicycles if needed. We would have liked to have access to more restaurants on foot but nothing too disturbing for a weekend. Communication with Jade was excellent and she shared a list of suggestions for outings/activities as well as restaurants, which was a real plus! I would this property.

Very good stay in this small functional studio. The environment was quiet and peaceful. Parking was easy. The hosts were very kind and available. We had a great week here and would recommend it without hesitation.

Very good exposure of the apartment, well arranged and comfortable and quiet. The essential kitchen side is there, of quality and above all the modern and easy to use equipment. We had a lovely stay! The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos—cute, cozy, and very clean. It had everything we needed, and the bus stop was just a minute away, which made getting around super easy. It was quite hot in Annecy during our visit, but the fan provided by the host helped a lot. Communication was excellent - the host was very responsive and helpful throughout. All in all, a great place to stay and we'd happily come back!

Excellent location to enjoy this beautiful region and all the amenities (shops and bike rental close by). We had a great stay in this beautiful, spacious and particularly well-equipped accommodation. Sandrine is a charming and available person who took the time to welcome us and give us advice for our stay. There is all the baby equipment available (bed, high chair, bathtub) as well as books and toys for children. Everything is thought out to feel good. We'll be happy to go back!

Had a lovely stay at L'Appartement de Juliette. This very nice place was clean, comfortable and convenient. Vincent was very responsive and helpful, even offering to store my suitcase on my final day in Annecy. Highly recommended.

The apartment was very well equipped (especially the kitchen) and it is located in a quiet, relaxed residential area. The balcony and the view are of course great and Nathalie was a very nice hostess. We also liked Annecy and the area very much. We will be happy to come back :)

Excellent stay in this accommodation located in the center of Annecy! Easy to access, the instructions were clear and the apartment was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, you will feel at home! François was a high-quality host from start to finish, he was very responsive and communicative, also flexible on the arrival and departure schedule. We have also been able to test some of his recommendations, which are simply excellent! In short, you will not be disappointed with François and his accommodation! We will be back without hesitation! We had a great time at Marjolaine and Olivier's place. The accommodation is ideally located and the provision of bicycles is a real plus.

Loved the design of the apartment. Great location from train station and close for walking to the adorable old town. The apartment is on a main street so a little loud when the windows are open but we are from a small town so many might not notice this. Fans helpful for the heat wave. The kitchen is wonderful. Great stay overall.

This lovely and comfortable apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos. The smallest details make your stay as nice as being in a fine hotel: comfortable beds, pillows, extra throw blankets, good quality linens and plush towels. Francois and Capucine are nearby when needed but always discreet and allowed us our privacy. If that is not enough the highlight is the breathtaking views from the deck. The photos do not due justice to the awesome majesty of the mountains. We had many outings planned but only did half of our plans as we only wanted to stay local and to enjoy the views right from the house and nearby Combloux. Combloux is a gem as is Megeve and the proximity to Chamonix makes the location ideal! We will go back with our children and grand children!

Our stay was just perfect – this Airbnb exceeded all our expectations! The accommodation was not only immaculately clean and stylishly furnished, but also extremely well equipped. You can tell that we worked here with a lot of love for detail. The sauna and the jacuzzi are particularly noteworthy - both absolute highlights that made our stay even more relaxing and luxurious. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful and available at all times. The location was also ideal – very quiet and perfect for relaxing, yet shopping facilities were easily accessible. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment and would have liked to stay longer. Very clear recommendation – we will definitely be back!

My daughter and I totally enjoyed our 5 night stay at Camille's place in Annecy. it is perfect for 2 people. Close to town. Annecy and surrounds are very beautiful. TBA The car parking on site was secure and great to have. The parking is initially a little tricky to navigate, but you soon get used to it. Just take it slowly! When I informed Camille that the coffee machine was faulty, she provided an immediate remedy. The apartment is on the ground floor, and has two skylights, but no other windows. The skylights can be opened for fresh air, but seem to close automatically if any rain is imminent. Lots of lovely restaurants around with excellent local food and wine - all within easy walking distance. The lake is wonderful for swimming. It is a good 3hr cycle ride ( 40km) to ride around. That was a highlight of our stay. Also visits to Lac Bourget and La Clusaz in the mountains. We highly recommend a visit to Annecy and Camille's apartment is a perfect place for two.

The location of the accommodation was ideal for getting to the starting point of the Annecy trail. I highly recommend this place!
