In the town of Epargnes, 15 min from the beaches of St Georges and Royan, 10 min from Meschers and Talmond. Our vacation rental combines the charm of yesteryear and the comfort of today. A beautiful terrace is equipped with the necessary furniture for relaxation! We also offer a 10.5 m x 4.5 m pool, covered and heated according to the season (May/September, consult us). Buoys and bath games available. Linens and towels are not provided. July/August exclusively from Saturday to Saturday.

We are only 10mn from Meschers beaches and 15mn from the lively sea side resort of Royan. 30mn from la palmyre, 5mn from Le Logis De La Grosse Pierre Arces, 5mn from Le Château De Théon Cozes, 6mn from Le Troisième Coteau Epargnes. Guests will have access to a beautiful pool and terrace shared occasionally with the owners.

We are pleased to host you in our studio adjoining our house with independent access and private parking. The studio is composed of a 35 m2 living room with air conditioning, equipped kitchen, sofa bed (140 bedding), 12 m2 mezzanine with 160 bed and storage cabinet, shower room and separate toilet. Two fenced gardens. Community swimming pool. We have 2 affectionate little dogs

Our gîte is located in the center of a picturesque village, which has a nice port at the foot of the cliffs and several remarkable views of the Gironde estuary. We are 20 minutes from the beaches of the Royannais region, 30 minutes from Saintes, 1 hour 15 minutes from La Rochelle and Bordeaux.
