Beautiful modern compact apartment in the highly sought-after area of Mt Eden/Three Kings. Great cafes close by. Handy to bus stop into and out of the city and university and on airport bus route. The apartment is light, airy and quiet with large double doors opening onto a sunny deck. Great for couples, solo travelers and for business travelers (one queen bed). This guesthouse is located on the ground level of our house with separate entrance. There is a private lounge, bathroom and bedroom. It was newly built with heat pump / air conditioner during our house renovation. We are in a very central location - 10 minute drive from Auckland CBD and about 10 minute walk to Mt Eden Village and Auckland University Epsom. Here, there are plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes, as well as the main bus route from Mt Eden Village to the airport and the city.

Formerly a studio for the artist/owner this is now a cosy space with the artist's work on display and available for purchase. Underfloor heating and heated towel rail will keep you cosy in winter. Within walking easy distance to bus routes to the city, cafes, shopping mall, banks, restaurants etc.

Very handy to Mt Eden, and Dominion Road restaurants, cafes. Buses to downtown are on Dominion and Mt Eden Road. (Approximately 800 meters). Close to some wonderful walks: One Tree Hill, Three Kings Mountain, and Mt Eden reserves. A quick trip into the city and viaduct. 8 minutes to Eden Park, and Alexandra Park, and 15 minutes to Mt Smar.t or Western Springs, and ASB Show Grounds. (Will vary on game, or concert, days.) Visits: The Zoo, Motat, The Museum, or the Art Gallery downtown.
