I recently stayed in this flat and overall had a pleasant experience. The flat was clean, well-maintained, and matched the description provided. The interior was tastefully decorated, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay – including a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a comfortable bed. Communication with the host was smooth and timely. They were responsive to any questions and ensured I had everything I needed for a hassle-free stay. I would consider staying here again on my next visit.

We had rented Mr Nandan's apartment for our family time. All of our interactions with our host Mr Nandan were very smooth and pleasant. He showed us around the apartment and explained everything to us patiently before handing us the key. The Location of the apartment being in the city itself was an advantage. The apartment was extremely neat and looked much better in real than in the snaps posted in the Airbnb website .It was very well equipped with all the necessary gadgets , Wifi, Split AC's and Ceiling fans in all rooms, Tv, Fridge, Washing machine, Electric Kettle, Flask ,Gas stove, Geyser,all required utensils.Spacious rooms,A big dinning table. Comfortable sofa set.Bedrooms with nice and clean bedsheets, Towels etc were provided.We did not have to go out to buy anything. Everything was very thoughtfully provided. The huge balcony with back water sunset view was incredible Our family had a memorable stay at your apartment .We highly recommend it to anyone . Thank you 😊

Had a wonderful stay at Periyar View Apartment! The place was clean, peaceful, and had a beautiful view of the river. The location is perfect, close to Aluva town, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some quiet time. The host was very helpful and made sure everything was smooth. Fantastic location in a perfect location on Marine Parade. Right in the centre of downtown on the lake shore. Easy walk to the ferries, Water Metro, restaurants. A pleasant 20 minute Water Metro ride delivers you to Fort Kochi. Large fully fitted out apartment - I stayed for 2 weeks and it felt like home.

The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and Geo Joy was always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended. Our stay was fantastic!

a beautiful place to get away from the city's fast paced life. A view to die for and very peaceful . Victor was extremely helpful with local suggestions and making the trip great . Language was not an issue since Victor is multilingual. The view is a river which has Chinese net and you can see people fishing. The hammock and swing is a great addition.

This was my second stay at Camper By the Bay, and it was just as wonderful as the first! A great host. We expected a private and calm weekend with my family and we got it. Our trip coincided with heavy rains and due to strong winds causing power shutdown for nearly 24 hrs for the entire locality. They had a battery backup which helped us for the night and for the next day they had a generator. Breakfast is complimentary and they cooked delicious South Indian breakfast with some continental options. When we asked for some extra items for breakfast, the staff even drove to a restaurant to pick what we asked for. I'll pick them up again for my next trip without hesitation. Really friendly and caring.

Noufals place is a GOTO place in kottayam. We stayed here for a Month as I was on a vacation from USA. Place was super clean and had all ameneties.The flat was close to Kottayam town which made us easy for commutation to all the major restaurants,Supermarkets and LULU Mall. It is just 15 mins from Kumarakom as well.Flat was spotless with 3 big rooms and A/C facility.NRIs visiting kottayam can go ahead and take Noufals flat and you wont have any complaints.Noufal and noushad was very responsive on any issues we faced and helped to resolve faster.Thanks for hosting Us and we will surely book the same for our next trip

This property located in a peaceful yet accessible abode in Kanjirapally. Host was very cordial and highly professional. All the amenities described were provided. Rooms were sparkling clean and fitted with modern and premium amenities. Appliances provided like fridge and oven were in good condition. I would prefer to stay at the same property if I were to visit Kanjirapally.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment on the 10th floor! The rooms were clean, spacious, and had balconies offering a stunning view. The place was definitely worth the price, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. While WiFi and a few more basic kitchen utensils would have made the stay even better, these were already mentioned as unavailable in the listing, so no surprises there. Overall, a great experience, and I’d love to stay here again!

Amruth’s home stay was as perfect as the images portrayed in the app. The aesthetics was commendable. What was the highlight of the stay was the view and surrounding; calm & quiet, stunning view of the Periyar river. The place was neat, clean and very comfortable. Amruth is a gem of a person. He very polite, a responsive host, always trying to ensure his guest are comfortable and provided for, goes out of his way to ensure he keeps it that way.
