Great view of the house, very close to a super busy beach on the weekend. Everything was perfect. Fábia was very kind and allowed us to check in early and check out late. The affection we were greeted with a treat in the house also pleased us very much. We'll be back for sure.

Simply wonderful! The house is a true seaside retreat, surrounded by nature and with a breathtaking view. Waking up to the sound of waves and birds was a unique and invigorating experience. The cleaning was impeccable — everything was very well taken care of, fragrant and tidy in the smallest details. The place is extremely quiet, perfect for those seeking rest and connection with nature. Host Rodrigo was amazing: attentive, helpful and always available to help, without being invasive. You can see that he really cares about the guest experience. It was a perfect stay in all ways. A 10 for cleanliness, quiet and hospitality. I already miss it and want to come back! And what a view of the sea... just steps from the beach 😊

Wonderful place, Cinthya who welcomed us very well by the way, gave us tips on places for tours, market, restaurants, the apartment matches the photos exactly, extremely clean, well equipped, and well located (gas station, market, pharmacy and restaurant nearby). Hassle-free checkout, we intend to return at the end of the year.

Our stay was great. The place is beautiful, and the space is as advertised, practical and functional. Above all, devoid of pets. The windows have screens. We love it and have already recommended the place.

Excellent accommodation, very well-equipped space. Daniel was super kind, he provided a guide so that we could get to know the nearby tourist spots, which helped us a lot. The apartment is very close to the beach, on a super quiet street, the region is a delight for those looking for a quiet place to rest out of season. Super clean accommodation, decorated and with everything we needed for a stay. There are restaurants and bars nearby, with super affordable prices.

The house is a little piece of paradise, the sun rises in the sea in front of the house and sets in the lagoon behind the house in the fall, which provides incredible scenery to contemplate. The lagoon is rich in fish and siris, the experience of fishing as a family and preparing what we fish for the meal was very cool. In the back there is a beautiful tree with swinging, a bench in the shade and a trapiche, a very nice area to enjoy, we went with a child and a border collie that love water and they played a lot, a positive point is the balcony with a table, fireplace, swing with a view of the lagoon, which you could see them playing even while we prepared the meals. At night lights give an even more special charm to the scenery and allows you to continue to enjoy. Well-equipped kitchen and other comodos serve the stay very well. We live very precious moments in this house, with beautiful days and very happy in the family. The very attentive and helpful host on all issues.

We were greeted by Osmar, who was very helpful and friendly, showed us the accommodations and made himself available to help with anything. Tatiana responded quickly to all questions and requests. We felt at home in the space, very cozy, bright, great energy in the place. Neighborhood very calm and quiet. We will definitely return at another time.

We like the accommodation very much, the house is super cared for and the host's attention was exceptional, very kind and helpful. The house is ideal for family and friends, with large rooms and excellent outdoor space. The kitchen is complete and has all the utensils and appliances you need to prepare from quick meals the more elaborate the two rooms inside are refrigerated which ensures a great night's sleep. Ervino Beach is close to the accommodation and it is possible to see a beautiful sunrise. The neighborhood is quiet and the access to the house as well. I recommend it with my eyes closed, our experience was amazing.

Surprised our expectations! We accommodated very well 7 Adults and two children. The house was ideal for providing the space for my birthday and engagement with the participation of more people during the day. Very well organized,equipped and clean. We thank Jacson and his wife for the special moment he has given us at the 57th warmth this weekend.

Quiet accommodation, all very clean and organized,has several leisure options in the building such as swimming pool, game room and others, the hosts were very helpful and attentive made us at ease, they gave suggestions of places to visit and nearby restaurants I will finally be sure to refer to my friends and I will come back more often, we do not enjoy the leisure that the building offered because we got out a lot, but my children loved the stay and for them it will be an incredible and unforgettable memory... in short we simply love

My family and I had an incredible week, very helpful, attentive host, beautiful place as in the photos! the best thing is the view of the sea! The apartment had everything we needed, I felt at home, nothing was missing, the TV with Netflix was great for a nice rest, and a new series, besides all the surroundings that have everything close by in the condominium itself! My son was delighted with the courts, the game rooms and swimming pools! Great for kids! We will definitely come back more and more often!

We were greeted by Wagner even with the late arrival, with great cordiality and promptness. The accommodation is comfortable and well located, with everything working perfectly. The only setback was with the electronic tower exit device, which required contact with the concierge for clearance - something that is due to the condominium system, not the host. Wagner also provided detailed information about leisure spaces, gave tips on places to visit and food options. We recommend the accommodation for the attention and quality of the space offered. Overall, the experience was quite positive and pleasant. We will certainly revisit the place.

Wonderful apartment, everything in place, very pleasant space, very familiar neighborhood. Everything nearby, pharmacy, butcher, bakery… it was really worth it, our family loved it!
