Very secure apartment. Manned security in the lobby and also in the car park, fob access required to use the elevator to get to the apartment. A quiet apartment, I always have an issue with road noise, but being 10 floors up it wasn’t an issue and the view is staggering. Host is lovely, even offered to drop me off to the train station. Central location too. Will be staying again when in Oran next, ticks all the boxes for me personally.

Hosted by the impeccable mother, the apartment is beautiful, nothing to say really, go there without so much as a second thought, new residence and cleanliness ten out of ten.

The welcome was there Malik and a person responsive to our requests always available no matter the time. I recommend the apartment, it was clean, welcoming and pleasant. Lots of things to do nearby, it was great, I would come back for sure.

Very nice place. Well furnished and perfectly equipped. I stayed with my team for about a week during a trade show in Oran. This place was ideal for us. The neighborhood is nice and safe. Highly recommended

Really a very nice stay in this apartment which is just amazing the location, the cleanliness, the decor, the facilities, beautiful view of the sea, the little touches that do the most ( coffee, drinks, snacks, shower gel, clean towel etc.) everything is together. I recommend it 1000%. Nabil is very responsive and really friendly thank you very much I will be back. And the last word is for Khalid I thank him he is really kind, he is very helpful, attentive and responsive. Thank you both for doing everything to make me a beautiful stay.

Had a few complications during checkin but thankfully the host was able was responsive and dealt with the misunderstandings so there was no troubles at all. The house comes with little amenities, it’s clean, spacious and my favourite has a beautiful balcony. Walk to the beach in the mornings is great. Would definitely visit again.

Nice appartement, located well, not very far away from El Akid restaurants, pictures are accurate, with security cameras and guard.

Super apartment, well located and clean. The host was very kind and responded quickly when contacted. Secure area with underground parking. Opposite the military, it was good! + convenience store at the bottom of the building and shops.

The apartment was what I expected and everything was functional. The location is excellent close by vehicle to the city center and midna jdida (large market) in Oran. A large grocery store "ecomarché" and very close 5 minutes away by car. Ease of parking on and around the street. Mohamed took the kindness to call me during the stay to see if everything was going well. I highly recommend this lovely apartment to discover or rediscover Oran and its surroundings.

We had a great stay at this accommodation, largely thanks to Fateh who was incredibly welcoming, attentive and always ready to help. From the moment we arrived, he did everything to make us feel at home, with small touches that made all the difference. But what touched us the most was his responsiveness and kindness during our departure: our flight was canceled, and without hesitation, he worried about us and helped us find solutions. This shows how much he goes beyond the simple obligations of an Airbnb host. We highly recommend this accommodation, both for its comfort and for the generosity of its host.
