La Bodega (the cellar) de Casa del río is an independent one-bedroom apartment with private bathroom, kitchen and living room, built on a ground floor. The kitchen is equipped to cook your own simple meals (but not oven/microwave). The apartment is basic and minimalist, but it’s also very comfortable and has everything you need for a enjoyable and simple stay. The apartment has views to the valley, a private terrace with amazing views and an independent entrance. You can also use the common areas and the big garden. Please be aware that the apartments do not have washing machine, TV or microwave/oven. If you can’t live without those, this may not be the perfect place for your stay. Phone signal and wifi work perfectly and are quite reliable. Casa del río is the perfect way to scape the noise and experience first-hand living a simple and sustainable life in an Asturias village off the beaten track. The property is ideal for people who want to be away from the noise and crowds, as it is quite isolated and the village of Xio has no services at all. Closest services are a bar/restaurant/swimming pool 10min by car, and shops, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, petrol station, etc…20min by car.

Cada apartamento es independiente y tiene su entrada desde la plaza. El jardín compartido se encuentra en la parte superior de la casa. Antes de reservar, ten en cuenta que estamos en una pequeña aldea de montaña, alejada de pueblos y servicios. El acceso discurre por carreteras de montaña, no disponemos de WiFi y la cobertura móvil es limitada. En la Rectoral viven nuestros perros y gallinas, por lo que solo podemos aceptar perros sociables y acostumbrados a convivir con otros animales.

Posee dos habitaciones exteriores con baño propio cada una y un amplio salón con chimenea y galería con vistas al río, en la planta superior. Una cocina con comedor y aseo, con salida al patio y al porche, en la planta baja. Se ha cuidado mucho la iluminación y confortabilidad. ATENCIÓN: Si se reserva una sola noche, lleva un incremento de 50€.

The house has an open room that combines kitchen, living room and dining room and two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds) and the bathroom with shower.
