Countryside setting next to the river!

After cyclone Gabrielle hit, our river frontage has changed, replanting in process, beautiful sunflowers representing Hope now present. Our home is about 20 minutes from Napier, off the Taupo rd, and 10 minutes from the airport. Some wonderful cycle paths, walks,wineries and cafes not far away. The 2 bedroom appartment has its own private entrance .Games room and patio area. No kitchen but ,fridge,microwave, bbq etc About 300 metres from the river through a gate. (NB - the owners live upstairs)

The 'shed' is situated on our lifestyle block not far from Napier. It is was originally a farm implement shed, but has been repurposed as an extra accomodation space. It is very private being set away from the main house with a lovely rural outlook. The large open plan studio space consists of a lounge, kitchenette and dining area, with a seperate bedroom and bathroom space. Katipo Cabin at the Beach

Welcome to Katipo Cabin on the beach. Our cabin is perfect for a few days away to explore what HB has to offer and there is a lot to see. Grab a morning coffee and head across the road the watch the sunrise over the ocean. We are only 15 mins away from town or 5 mins away from Bayview village. Plenty of parking available. We are super dog friendly and our cabin is fully fenced to keep your woofer secured.
