Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

The house has 4 beds, a double bed in the living room and 2 bunk beds in the sleeping alcove, upper bed 90 cm and underbed 120 cm. Bedlinen and towels are available. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The guest house is located in the host's garden and has access to a separate patio that is only for tenants. There is a barbecue that you share with the landlord. The house is suitable for 2 adults with or without children. Cleaning is not included.

The property is located in the middle of the countryside between rolling rapeseed fields and horse paddocks, but only 15 minutes drive to the center of Helsingborg. The nearest grocery store is in Påarp 7 km or ICA Maxi on Råå about 10 km. The apartment is a part of the old dwelling house. You have your own private entrance and access to a large garden. The farm is from the 1850s but newly renovated in the old style.

In the room, there is a comfortable double bed and, if necessary, access to a guest bed for a larger child and a travel bed for a smaller child.

Neighbor with Arild's vineyard near the sea. 6-700 meters to restaurants and harbor. Wood burning stove for warmth and coziness. Since we try to keep our prices as low as possible, we let you choose your desired service level. Bed linen and towels can be added, at a cost of SEK 120 per set , final hours cleaning for SEK 500.
