Holiday rentals with a patio in Espinho

Maria was quick to respond to any questions. Everything was great. We would book the accommodation again and thus recommend it.

Excellent property in a prime location. Easy access to all major sites within walking distance, and a very convenient parking lot right next door. We have stayed in several different apartments in Porto, but this one felt like a much more authentic experience and not a cookie cutter remodel like many other listings. Highly recommend this stay for anyone visiting Porto.

The accommodation matches the description: it is functional and well-equipped. Very well located, a stone's throw from the metro that allows you to reach the city center in less than 5 minutes. It is also close to many shops, which is very convenient. The hosts were very available and responsive throughout the stay. I recommend it!

We had a great time here! The space is small but very clean, cute and has everything you need. The balcony was great and we enjoyed several mornings sipping coffee outside. Daniel was very communicative, responsive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here. Location was also perfect and in walking distance of the Ribeira!

Awesome hosts - super accommodating

Chic and very clean apartment above the rooftops of Porto. Great little balcony with seating and table to comfortably have breakfast or drink a glass of wine in the evening.

The view from this place is perfect. You can see all of west Porto. Easy walkover the bridge to Porto. Modern place. Good facilities.

Absolutely loved our stay! The pictures don’t do this place justice — it’s even more beautiful in person. Super clean, stylish, and had everything we needed. The location is amazing, right in the heart of Porto and close to everything. Highly recommend!

Rui was very responsive and helpful from the moment we checked in. He even got us a wonderful dinner reservation in Porto. The place was perfect for our family and the location was just what we wanted: tastefully decorated, close to the beach and close to Porto. Would highly recommend staying at Rui’s spot!

House was clean and beautiful, our family really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Peaceful street with the convenience of both cafe and restaurants close by. We enjoyed ourselves and would recommend staying at Tiago’s home to anyone.

We had such a glorious stay, we cannot recommend it enough. Carolina was super responsive and accommodating, gave us amazing recommendations of restaurants and kindly booked a couple of reservations for us. Everything is within walking distance throughout the city. The apartment is surrounded with beautiful views. The plunge pool was a lovely bonus to cool down in the late afternoon, not overlooked at all. Thank you again x

Clean and spacious and quiet. The street is bland but the sea is so near with great beach cafes. Pretty walk to the old city, or a nice bus ride. Ruben was super nice and helpful.

We can not say enough positive about this place! The townhouse has three levels with the top level being a sun room and outside deck. The deck is partially shielded from the wind and is a tremendous place to soak up the sun, listen to the waves and watch the sea. We were doing things in the city each day (we used Uber but the train is easy too) and really looked forward to getting back in the evening. The local restaurants are great and we especially loved the Pit (a couple doors down from the townhouse). The host is very responsive and helpful with any questions you have. We loved everything about this place and hope to come back again!

We had a pleasant stay in the dune house, the bedding is perfect, and the apartment very clean. The terrace is very nice, facing the ocean with a magnificent sunset view. There is a nice walk along the beach, restaurants and bars within walking distance. The kitchen is fine, there is an oven and even a dishwasher. It's just missing a few kitchen accessories like a salad dryer, there's only one bowl for example, it lacks a few amenities for people who really want to cook. And the only downside is the noise from the road, cars and motorcycles pass very quickly at night, it's less disturbing the closed window but it was hot, and we were sleeping with the window open. We are delighted with our stay and the house is as described.

Ricardo has been responsive since the original booking months ago. The apartment was very clean, beds were comfortable, apartment was quiet. He met us there to give the instructions in person and was quick to respond for any needs. This place is highly recommended!

They went above and beyond by sharing fantastic local recommendations and insider tips, which really enriched our trip. The space itself was spotless, bright, and wonderfully spacious. Having our own private pool was an absolute treat, especially during the hot weather. The location couldn’t be better: everything is within walking distance, and public transport is a breeze to use. The location couldn’t be better – all the cool coffee spots, boutiques, and great restaurants are just around the corner. Perfect for exploring the neighborhood on foot. Communication was smooth and super friendly – and we really appreciated being able to check in early and check out a little later. Such a lovely and easy stay – thank you so much!

The apartment was really nice and spacious with a big balcony where we enjoyed the sun. The kitchen was also well equipped with the essentials. Also a big plus was a private parking spot in the garage. Paula and her team were very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay!

Excellent location and comfortable apartment - we stayed 3 nights, and it is within walking distance of many sights and restaurants, but remarkably quiet given where it is. A small balcony overlooks an interior courtyard. There is a coffee machine/electric kettle for tea, and a laundromat around the corner. Highly recommend.
