Excellent location, quiet and still literally steps to the best restaurants and beach.

I had a lovely stay at this place! The apartment was clean, well-equipped and as described. The neighborhood is nice, quiet and good location. However, it is necessary to be transported to get around and it is sometimes difficult to find a place in the parking lot of the residence. The host was very responsive and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and will not hesitate to come back the next time I visit!

The place was extremely clean and comfortable, and prime location! Really the best and so walkable the best area and also a big size apartment with a beautiful view

The accommodation has everything you need for a vacation: general accommodation amenities, beach furniture and an outstanding view of the sea from the 13th floor. Parking was just as easy. We thought it was a shame that we only booked this accommodation for two nights. Definitely recommended!

This is a great apartment on the beachfront with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The host was very attentive.

We enjoyed the apartment very much. The balcony is really beautiful and you have a great view of the sea. We were able to reach the town of Estepona within 25 minutes on foot, but we were only at the beginning and not yet in the old town. That's why we rented e-bikes. This saved a lot of time. The bike paths are very good in the city. In conclusion, it was a nice stay here. However, we noticed 2 things: More storage locations (especially in the bedroom and bathroom) and less room fragrance would be nice. See you soon Nicole and Sven

Carolien’s home is beautiful! The location isn’t far from town, but still feels calm and private, away from the hustle and bustle! Carolien was very responsive and communicated well. Look forward to coming back!

Gorgeous apartment that was well laid out and spacious for 5 of us. Beach was quiet and nice but the nudists did dominate The pool was lovely and family friendly with plenty of space Check in was easy and they were so accommodating after we got lost. Sea views are amazing

Lovely place to stay, best thing about it is the garden which is really beautiful. It is right on the promenade to walk into the old town and many beaches. The pool is gated so safe for small children. Very friendly neighbours to share the pool with, which was really quiet in May anyway. My only negative is that the apartment is full with room fragrances and air fresheners in every room, and if you don't like them it's quite over powering, we collected them all and put them in a cupboard! But this comes down to personal preference. The kitchen is really well stocked and well equipped! I would recommend to anyone wanting an easy holiday with a very convenient and brilliant supermarket around the corner! Nela was really responsive to messages which was really helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at Safia’s apartment. Everything we needed was there – except for shampoo and shower gel, which we missed a little. Our favorite detail was the small tomato plant growing straight out of the wall on the balcony – nature always finds its way! 🌿 Also, the coffee was great (especially with the espresso maker!), and the pool in the courtyard was clean and refreshing. Very nice apartment in a beautiful and peaceful complex. It has two large swimming pools, and the apartment balcony overlooks the first one. You also get a sea view—slightly limited, but still beautiful. The parking spot is the best I’ve ever had—just a few steps to the lift, and you step out right next to your door. Only a 5-minute drive to Estepona, which I highly recommend visiting. It’s also not far from Ronda—just a 1 hour 30 minute drive through stunning scenery. I also really liked the apartment’s smart automation—everything was very well set up. To make an absolutely perfect stay, I would suggest adding a pod coffee machine and a toaster. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Carmen deserves to be a super-host! The apartment was spectacular. Well equipped, so you don’t have to worry about anything. The views are great, the neighbourhood calm and relaxed and just a few steps to the beach! There’s an elevator and private parking which makes things super comfortable! But the biggest plus is Carmen herself - a super lovely person, with an eye for detail and lots of recommendations who actually cares about you and your well-being! We can’t wait to return to this phenomenal place - thank you so much Carmen :) Carina & Marco

Lovely apartment. Good location and easy access to all the restaurants in Estapona and the port.

Great location in the heart of Estepona old town with a few minutes walk to the beach. Nicely renovated apartment that is bright with an expansive terrace. An in person orientation of the place would have been a nice added touch as opposed to reading a “manual” like information book. The apartment building does not have an elevator so you must carry your luggage up two flights of narrow steps which is fine for the able person. As advertised the place has just a washer no dryer. A clothe line or drying rack would have been beneficial as putting your clean clothes on the sun beds is not a practical solution. On a windy day they may be blown off the terrace or onto the dirty ground where they need to be washed again. A small investment of a clothing rack would make a happy guest.

Genuinely one of the nicest AirBnB’s I’ve ever stayed in, incredible views over the ocean from your bed, beautiful little pool to cool off in, roof terrace to chill out on. Walkable within 5 mins to restaurants and the beach, and an easy walk into Malaga central. Carmen and her daughters were fantastic hosts, and we both really hope to come back soon.

We and our 8-month old had a great stay! The promanade was right out of the front door with plenty of things to do around. The flat itself was bigger than we originally thought and it seemed like it went through renovation pretty recently which made us feel like at home. It is situated in a calm neighborhood and we never had trouble sleeping. If we're ever in Estepona again, this would be the first place for us to stay.

Really enjoyed my stay at this apartment in Estepona. It was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable trip. Huge TV to relax at after a long day of walking the surrounding areas. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and close to lots of nice places to eat

A very nice, comfortable and bright apartment, better than in the photos, with a very nice terrace overlooking the promenade that is like a botanical garden and the sea. Raquel and Juanma's apartment is very well equipped and they were available at all times and very kind and welcomed us with a super welcome gift. It is within walking distance of the old town and the marina. Highly recommended. Thank you so much.

We had an extremely relaxing stay. The townhouse was very private, quiet location yet perfect old town access. Our only issue would be the bed size being a double, not ideal when sharing with husband at 6’2 😛

Very cute place and Frederica was a great communicator with the check-in process. Everything was clean and it looked just like the pictures. Just be aware there are 2 flights of stairs with no elevator. Cute part of town. I’d highly recommend!
