"Les Ave Maria" Guest House

The guest house was finally renovated in the summer of 2024. Our guest house "Les Ave Maria" welcomes you at the back of our garden. Converted into a studio with a bedroom area (160 X 190 bed), separate kitchen and shower room, this cottage is ideal for a couple wishing to enjoy the countryside and the Loire Valley castles. The house is equipped to accommodate a young child. We give access to our swimming pool 2 hours (flex) per day from June to September and fully available between August 8 and 23.

Grande maison, située dans un cadre agréable et surtout calme, a 18 km de tours/amboise/chenonceaux Nécessaire pour le petit-déjeuner offert PISCINE CHAUFFÉE de mi Mai à mi Octobre (selon météo si température en dessous de 12° la nuit la chauffe de la piscine est arrêtée) 2 euro par personne/jour JACUZZI voir conditions d'utilisation dans "autres remarques" sous condition de supplément, si souhait de mise en chauffe prévenir 24h avant (temps de chauffe environ 24h)

The house is 180 m²: Ground floor with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 2 single beds that can be pushed together), a kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bathroom. 1st floor with 1 master suite (160 x 200 double bed), a bathroom and a charming small covered balcony. The garden is 600 m² and includes a private in-ground heated pool.

Le Moulin des Foulons is located in the heart of the Loire Valley, in the village of Chédigny, the only village in France with the "Remarkable Garden" label. Located on 1.8 hectares of land with its own private island. A heated indoor pool is open to all rentals from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. We offer a cottage for 6-8 people with 3 bedrooms for 2 people, 3 bathrooms with toilet and a sofa bed. Beds will be made on your arrival, towels are optional.

Very close to the Château d'Amboise, just opposite and overlooking the Loire. The beach is at the foot of the apartment, depending on the level of the Loire, evening sunset in love by the water. The T3 accommodation is located on the Île d'Or, less than a 5-minute walk from the city center and the Château d'Amboise, and a 10-minute walk from the SNCF train station. Equipment available for your baby in the apartment.

Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool depending on the weather conditions. We provide linens: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and bath towels. You're in a cul-de-sac with no traffic. Great for resting!
