Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Small cozy accommodation in my house. With its independent entrance and small separate kitchen, you will be totally autonomous, ideal for a couple or single person (possibility of adding a baby bed for young children). Quiet in the countryside, you can spend a relaxing stay 20 minutes from Annecy and Aix-les-Bains. A bar restaurant is 50 m from the accommodation. A private parking space will ensure parking without any problems.

Forest cabin

Come and stay at this unusual wooden cabin from floor to ceiling. A sweet and peaceful cocoon to relax. 20 min from Annecy in the quiet countryside on the edge of the forest. Here you can hear the birds chirping and watching nature up close. The cabin is set on a family plot where my family and I live in the main house. The cabin is self-contained and has a double bed, kitchen, bathroom, indoor and outdoor dining table.

40 square meter apartment upstairs from my house. Separate bedroom. Independent access. There's only one apartment, so you'll be the only guests. Nonglard is a very quiet little village 12 km from Annecy. I am retired, so available to welcome and advise you. Check-in time is flexible. The grounds are enclosed, accessed by electric gate.
