Located in a quiet, access controlled cul de sac this upstairs maisonette has spectacular views from the outside deck. This is an upstairs unit above the main house, with 13 steps walk up access. The private entrance with allocated parking, gives you privacy and peace of mind. The ensuite bathroom has access to a very spacious and comfortable bedroom with a queen sized bed. There is a separate open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The lounge has a sleeper couch for the kids.

The Studio on Elston

A quaint studio apartment, located in a quiet neighborhood, situated behind our family home. The apartment is ideally suited for 1 person but does have a Queen size bed if you are a couple. Secure off street parking is provided with a private entrance to the apartment. Less then 1 km to upmarket restaurants, 5km to the Pavilion Shopping Centre and only 12km to the beach and city. My office is on the property and so I am happy to assist with any queries you may have.

Private, safe and centrally located within walking distance of 7 choice restaurants. Retail stores, library and Medical Center within a 1 km radius. The shower is an experience!! Comfortable, garden-facing room with separate entrance adjacent to the main house. Sleeps 2 guests comfortably in a queen-size bed. Accommodation includes an ensuite bathroom, coffee/tea station, fridge, microwave, airfryer, free WiFi and secure parking. Peaceful and quiet neighbourhood with easy access to shopping, main routes, nearby parks and short drive to Hillcrest Hospital and other medical facilities.

Kemp’s Corner - with Power Supply

Come and stay at our warm and welcoming Kemp’s Corner. This is a private 1 bed studio self-catering flatlet with a UPS for loadshedding/electricity outages, there is also the availability of a second private bedroom if needed (Additional costs apply). There is an inter leading door which is locked when only 2 guests stay, and opened when 3 or 4 guests stay. The bathroom and kitchenette are shared spaces.

Margaret's Place

A one bedroom flat with separate bathroom. 2 single beds which can be joined together if need be. Simple but comfortable. Bathroom has a shower - small and clean. Parking in the driveway directly outside the flat entrance. Flat is along side a family home and guests are welcome to join us in the garden and use the pool with prearranged permission.
