You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Five minute walk to Abayance Bay Marina, restaurant, concert venue, & Lake Koocanusa access. Few minutes drive to Abayance boat launch or 5 minute drive to Rexford Bench boat launch. Playground is 2 minute walk. Lots of trails in the area. This unique flat is set up like a huge hotel room. Spacious room size, king size bed, comfy seating area and large bathroom. Small fridge, coffee pot, hot water pot, air conditioner, microwave provided along with dishes and a table. This second floor flat has its own patio table with 6 chairs. This location is attached to a commercial shop, the lower level is currently vacant. The main shop space is currently is being used for storage at this time and is pretty quiet.
