Beautiful property, a lovely atmosphere and very quiet. Loved being in nature, lots of birds, and we loved the donkeys, and the cattle were lovely to see. The hot tub was on point! We were able to relax in the hot tub and watch the sunset, it was heaven. The house was comfortable, clean and had everything you need for our long weekend. So picturesque. We would definitely go back for another weekend break. Thank you Black Cockatoo!

A beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The house was immaculate and exceeded expectations in terms of beauty and amenities. Jim was the most responsive host we’ve had during any Airbnb stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and the house was in good condition after the cyclone. He was truly fantastic. Because of the cyclone, the private path to the beach was unusable but 200m down the road (Wareham St) was another entrance to the beach which was accessible for my elderly father. The beach is not patrolled this time of year but has shade and was still beautiful despite the erosion/accessibility issues. There was a playground next to the property which worked well for our 2.5 year old (with supervision). A 10 minute walk up the road was a great bakery/coffee, a small grocery store and a great Indian restaurant among other shops. Easy 10-15 minute drive into Byron which has a woolies and is patrolled. Highly recommend.

What a wonderfully private and quiet location to explore the Byron region. Sarah and Graeme are great hosts. They are friendly and welcoming, with great suggestions for restaurants in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Stay - Our Top Pick in Iluka! We absolutely love staying at Breezeway Beach House. We have been back a few times now! It’s perfect for two families, with plenty of space and everything you could possibly need. The house is always spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Out of all the places we’ve stayed in Iluka, this is hands-down our favourite. Highly recommend!

Exactly what we were looking for. Camila and Lucas were very friendly and welcoming. The home was beautiful and clean in a great location.

We had the most restful few days at Tammy's cottage - it's perfect and its history, fascinating - and the view, wow!! Was blissful to watch dusk make its way across the mountains from the verandah or one of the perfectly placed picture windows inside. We also loved wandering through the gardens and discovering all its hidden treasures. We saw kangaroos, cows and lots of birds but our favourite were the Guinea fowl - what characters! Tammy is a responsive host and we appreciated the little welcome pack of chocolates, biscuits and everything we needed for a hot chocolate. Barney Views is the perfect place to unwind and have a little R & R, and we highly recommend! Will definitely be back.

The setup is so well thought-out — everything you need is right at your fingertips, and it’s clear a lot of care has gone into making the space welcoming and comfortable. Communication was fantastic from start to finish, and I really appreciated the flexibility with an early check-in and late check-out. It made the whole experience that much more relaxing. This house, this spot! So special. Beck did not miss one detail in setting up this house, from stunning linen to kids toys, board games, beautiful decor, tree house, local coffee, hanging chairs, outdoor spa, fire place, comfy beds, herb garden, all lovely! The house was immaculate and clean. We literally couldn’t have asked for more. The spot is serene and luscious with trees and gardens, and so well looked after- with a walk to a waterfall on the property. Beck’s house is a thing of dreams, highly recommend.

We had such a wonderful time on our first stay that we couldn’t wait to come back again. We loved everything about this home and the town of Minnie Water. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Great house in a lovely little town. It rained all weekend, but the house was perfect for being indoors for the weekend. Beds were very comfy and loved it being pet friendly.

Simply divine - a fantastic escape from the norm!

This house is situated in an absolutely stunning setting. Cliffs and waterfalls behind and dense bush and rainforest around. A lovely open space around the house to explore. The house is open and comfortable. It’s got decent wifi but no phone reception (which was perfect for us). Any hiccups were deftly and rapidly handled, and communication was excellent.

The house was very well positioned just across the road from where you can catch the ferry across to Yamba. The house itself was beautifully presented, extremely clean with almost new kitchen appliances. The beds were very comfortable and we all felt right at home. Our host, Kylie was very welcoming and responsive, sending us messages to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back if Kylie will have us as we really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here over Christmas and had a great stay. Daniel was a perfect host, providing clear instruction and a spotless ‘home away from home’. The location was perfect as it was a short walk from Lake Ainsworth, the dog beach and town, we only used the car to stock up our groceries. Highly recommend Daniel’s place for anyone travelling to Lennox with family or dogs. We’d love to return!

wow wow wow! we loved staying here. the house itself is so beautiful and well presented and the view is divine. location was ideal for our trips to other parts of northern Rivers and really great access to the highway from the house, without feeling like you were right next to the highway. we can't wait to come back!

We had the most wonderful stay at “The Slow”. The location is nothing short of phenomenal. The back door is just metres from the sand of Wooli’s pristine beaches. We could see dolphins and whales from the bay window. Pure magic! We would absolutely recommend this accommodation and hope to return someday soon!

Exceptional stay! I can’t say enough good things about The Dairy. What an extraordinary place. Beautiful, peaceful, serene…..we loved it. The bedrooms are comfortable, the living area open (literally the doors open all the way to the outside!) and the bathroom is truly a work of art (my daughter referred to her bath there as a “spiritual experience.” Ha!). It really is something to behold. And the location on the macadamia farm is so green and lush and quiet, despite being only a few minutes drive from the busy beaches of Lennox Head and Byron. We didn’t want to leave. And Julie was a delight to work with from start to finish: full of recommendations, easy to reach, quick to respond….a wonderful host. You won’t regret staying here.
